A bidet is something where you don't know what you're missing until you actually have one. Double edged sword is that it's so good, that you won't feel clean unless you use one.
Totally agree with the second part, I could never leave in a house without bidet. 👍👍 The first part I don’t know because bidets are not something I ever missed out on - I’m italian and here the bidet is a basic bathroom standard all houses have, so for me (and really any italian I think) it has always been a given….I remember being completely flabbergasted back when I first discovered we were (and still are, nowadays more than before) one of a very small bunch of countries that have it. 😄

That hr at the apartment is golden 😌😌 but that’s such a good size apartment like you don’t need anything smaller or bigger then that ( for me at least ) The part where the washer is at that also makes a good place to sit and have morning coffee or tea i can just imagine it

Hey gorgeous, I knew you will go for apparment number 2. As soon as I saw that it has owen I knew it. You always wanted to have a owen. Really nice apparment so cozy. I am happy for you. ❤
Congratulations to you both… looking forward to the interior design choices.. - For the fridge- I would go with Gray, it will tie in the gray backsplash on the other side of the kitchen since fridge area is mainly all white. (White is still a safe choice so no real harm either way) - For the office space.. I would get those floor non-stick tiles (they come in variety of colors) this will protect the floors since constant rolling of the chairs can scratch up the flooring. You guys can have 2 desks back to back where 1 persons back is near the window. With the desk being back to back y’all can create a storage system that can be accessible for both sides. (sorry for the long ass suggestion lol)

As for the office space, I would have the desks on opposite sides. Try to maximize vertical storage too so you don't take up as much of the office space with horizontal shelving. I got a bidet on Amazon and installed it on my apartment toilet 5 years ago. Every apartment I’ve been in since I’ve gotten one too 😅 once you have it you think people who don’t are gross. Also LOVE your apartment and so excited for your next chapter!

I “could” live without a bathtub, but it would be a huge adjustment. I love taking hot baths to relax, soak my sore muscles, and to keep me warm on a cold winter day. I would also have a really hard time without a clothes dryer!

Never been asked for any employment info! From my experience, whoever can cough up the deposit money the fastest gets the apartment :) that’s all the landlord seems to care about. We didn’t use a realtor this time- since my boyfriend is Korean he just called each individual apartment office (부동산). However In the past when I was hunting alone for my past houses, I Always used a realtor which was extremely helpful given the communication gap
The last time I had a bathtub was when I was like 8, or maybe 7? And that was in our old home. I've not had a bathtub since then and now I'm an adult😂 I think I can live without them.
