Stiffness is fine however you need some plate compliance to derive an elastic return. One athlete (say Noah) will be more powerful than a young high school athlete so, a super stiff spike may be overkill for the latter person if they can't adequately deform the plate to generate elastic return (they'll just get sore feet)
The LightStrike PRO Foam and ZoomX foam are responsive foam composites that provide more rebound compared to traditional foam cushioning. The foam or Air unit separates the spike plate from the carbon inner plate, otherwise the spikes would have to be molded and permeant within the carbon to cracking the carbon plate. We have yet to see a sprint world record in the new super spikes so don't really know if they are better or not.
The Finesse spike plate is more flexible compared to the SP2 so may be a better option on longer sprints that involve corners. But personal running style a preference play a role so run with what you are comfortable in.

Unfortunately, while extremely stiff, the shoe's plate tends to break very easily. At least for me :(
