Nice video, in our house too we are minimalist for generations.. “Less is more” is what my granny says always. Keep only what’s required which will reduce cleaning and maintenance and always house looks neat . we have wooden trunk box in which we have stored all large and rare cookwares and festival cookware . So we don’t want and have loft or extra cupboards for cookware storage. We never store any groceries in bulk, we buy weekly or bi weekly will buy based on the requirements. Especially being in India and city side we don’t need to stock. Everything you get at anytime . We actually have 4 racks, 1-for daily cookware and storage/ dine ware.2-daily groceries and vegetables &3rd one for appliances and the other is open for any sudden requirements One thing I really agree that weekly or bi weekly groceries purchase reduce wastage and save money. Very neat kitchen.
Making kitchen with kadappa kal like regular non modular kitchen and closing it with carpenter made wooden laminated doors. That's what we are going to do 😊 hope it helps
