Utilizing Element iQ™ technology, the Smart Oven™ Compact Convection guarantees perfectly toasted bagels with a golden top and even cooking throughout. With a generous 4-slice capacity and multiple cooking modes, this countertop smart oven is a must-have for any home chef.
Instructions:
1. Make sure the wire rack is set to the middle level to ensure heat is evenly distributed.
2. Close the oven door and set the dial to Bagel.
3. Change the darkness setting to your desired level by pressing the TEMP/TIME dial until the LCD screen displays a flashing ‘DARKNESS’. Turn the dial to adjust.
4. The number of bagel slices toasted in the oven can be adjusted by pressing the TEMP/TIME dial until the LCD screen displays a flashing ‘SLICES’ and turning to your desired amount.
5. If using frozen bagels, press the Frozen button before beginning the toasting process.
6. Press Start to begin the toasting process: the LCD display will turn orange indicating toasting has begun.
7. Carefully remove the wire rack and the toasted bagel using oven mitts or a pair of tongs.
