Cleaning the crumb tray is something that can be easily forgotten to do but is well worth the short amount of time it takes to do after each use.
Instructions:
1. Remove the crumb tray from its drawer and discard the crumbs. Wipe the inside of the tray with a soft, damp sponge. Water is fine to use, but you can use a mild detergent or spray, if you’d like.
2. If there is any baked-on grease, soak in hot soapy water and use a sponge to remove.
3. Make sure it’s completely dry before reinserting.
