Who told you that? There's no where in the manual that tells you to do that. It's just a myth that quite a number of people erroneously believe is the proper way to start a push button start system.
I have no idea as I did not test drive the car nor did I use the car for an adequate amount of time to be able to calculate the fuel consumption figures.
The new one is definitely better in terms of specifications, with the available Honda Sensing and all, but looks-wise, I still prefer the third and fourth generation models.
Cvt transmission is only for city area not for the hill road, off road, muddy sandy road. Cvt isn't reliable. Honda should consider about cvt reliability and durability.

I did not manage to drive it. It's a fairly nice car for its price, but I think in this case for a seven seater around the RM90k mark in Malaysia, I'd go for a Toyota Sienta.
in thailand a secondhand citroen c8 is much cheaper than new japanese family car and my friend has one but it is an older citroen evasion (same engine and same gearbox) and he say it very comfortable and fun to drive so he recommend me to buy it though sometimes gearbox have fault and sluggish but it not too hard to fix. thank you anyway for your infomation.

But for me, I'd go for the BR-V 1.5 V with the Modulo package because the Sienta is NOT available in the Philippines.
