Thanks for returning to reaction, it may be an important first step in returning from depression. Your stressors are real: your mom’s decline, COVID, real stuff. So when we are depressed, we slow down on the positive things and increase the negative things. And our feelings and thoughts follow. As a retired Dr. Of Clinical Psychology, I have seen many suffer as you are. Although your depression and anxiety are real, you are not alone (like Angelina sings). Increasing activation/positive behaviors and examining our thoughts to work on helping ourself have more healthy thoughts is a journey often shared with a cognitive behavioral therapist. The world still will have challenges but we can be ready for them.

Depression, I fight it too. I lay in bed at night, take deep breaths and tell myself that everything is going to be fine and let it go. You are not babbling, we all need each other. This is a very scary time that we are in. Sending love and prayers!
Sandy I am honored to be among the first to watch your reaction. It brought me back to when I first heard this song when the lyric video was released. I discovered Angelina about 6 months before that lyric video and Angelina had slowly but surely massaged my emotions over those months without crying. I had lost 5 loved ones over the previous 4+ years and when I heard Million Miles, the flood gates opened wide. My wife's name was Sandee and I can't tell you how many times I have watched your reactions to Angelina. I am so happy you have returned to reacting. Angelina has come to us to heal our emotional wounds and inspire us to help others. I am so sorry to learn your mom went into the hospital and I pray for her to rest peacefully in her remaining time. Please choose to be happy. Life is a series of choices. Angelina says to live life with hope (you will soon learn in which song). sandy: first of all welcome back. you were sorely missed being one of the first who recognized how extraordinary angelina is both as an artist, singer and human being. there is nothing i can say about what you are going thru with your mothers decline into the abyss of dementia. if it doesn't depress you i don't know what kind of a human being you are. i lost my wife of 20+ years recently to alzheimers and i didn't know one could hate a disease as much as i came to hate what it did to her. towards the end she was calling 911 that she had been kidnapped by a stranger and a few weeks later didn't even know how to use a phone. many nights i just cried over what was happening to our lives. if i have one piece of advice it is that you not try to do this alone. it is beyond human endurance. we all need you to remain strong both for yourself and selfishly so you can continue to react to angelinas growing impact on a world that so needs what she is trying to teach us with her music and humanity.

Sandy, prior to retirement, I provided talk therapy and counselling to numerous clients with depression. In most cases, the actual problem is that the mind is in charge; it controls you. The cure/solution is to learn to control your mind, so you are in charge; otherwise, there cannot be calm and peace and contentment. I might be able to help you with this.

My eyes had finally quit raining every time I heard Angelina sing this song. I don't know if it was the emotional state I was in, her voice, or seeing you react to Angelina after so long, and hearing that your Mother is back in the hospital; OR a combination of all these factors, but it really got to me!! There are a lot of good reactors, but none of them are on the same level as you, just as no other singer is on the same level as Angelina. Hi Nicelynn I totally forgot what day you told me Sandy would be back and now I am 5 o6 days late. I will have to put on notifications, I don't have very many reactors on notifications, maybe about 8 of my 300 subscriptions haha, but I have music and art and crime, and Christian, and an 83 little lady who is a crafter and just a sweet lady "Helen Wyatt" from Ga. she only puts out about one video a week or so, she started her channel when she was 80 after her husband died, she was just learning to do some crafts then now it may be crafts or fishing, or gardening or Ga. cooking, you never know but she is just so cute and she has almost 160 thousand subscribers.

Thank you for your reaction and welcome back. Talking can be a good medicine. Sandy, I experienced every thing you talked about. I had depression before. My late mother also had depression. She did get treatment and recovered about 98%. I also did get treatment and can handle bad days now on my own. There is not a single reason for depression.. Some people inherit it and some times it traumatic things that happened in our life and some times its both. Its an imbalance of chemicals in our brain. When you have for instant cancer you will go for treatment. Its the same with depression. Most of us needs medicine and ALSO therapy. You will certainly go to see a doctor with other illnesses. My mother later developed Alzheimer and also don't recognized me and my sister or my father. This is a very difficult situation for the family and also friends. Most friends just disappeared. I think you must get some good articles on both sicknesses or talk to your doctor. This is a very difficult and stressful situation to be in. You must also realize that there are many people with depression that are successful, rich, happy and with a blessed family that still developed depression. You can beat it. Look forward for more of your reactions to Angelina.

Thanks for returning to reaction, it may be an important first step in returning from depression. Your stressors are real: your mom’s decline, COVID, real stuff. So when we are depressed, we slow down on the positive things and increase the negative things. And our feelings and thoughts follow. As a retired Dr. Of Clinical Psychology, I have seen many suffer as you are. Although your depression and anxiety are real, you are not alone (like Angelina sings). Increasing activation/positive behaviors and examining our thoughts to work on helping ourself have more healthy thoughts is a journey often shared with a cognitive behavioral therapist. The world still will have challenges but we can be ready for them.

Sandy I am honored to be among the first to watch your reaction. It brought me back to when I first heard this song when the lyric video was released. I discovered Angelina about 6 months before that lyric video and Angelina had slowly but surely massaged my emotions over those months without crying. I had lost 5 loved ones over the previous 4+ years and when I heard Million Miles, the flood gates opened wide. My wife's name was Sandee and I can't tell you how many times I have watched your reactions to Angelina. I am so happy you have returned to reacting. Angelina has come to us to heal our emotional wounds and inspire us to help others. I am so sorry to learn your mom went into the hospital and I pray for her to rest peacefully in her remaining time. Please choose to be happy. Life is a series of choices. Angelina says to live life with hope (you will soon learn in which song). Thanks for sharing about your depression as that is a big step towards feeling better. Your reaction videos have already helped countless people and this video will help countless more. sandy: first of all welcome back. you were sorely missed being one of the first who recognized how extraordinary angelina is both as an artist, singer and human being. there is nothing i can say about what you are going thru with your mothers decline into the abyss of dementia. if it doesn't depress you i don't know what kind of a human being you are. i lost my wife of 20+ years recently to alzheimers and i didn't know one could hate a disease as much as i came to hate what it did to her. towards the end she was calling 911 that she had been kidnapped by a stranger and a few weeks later didn't even know how to use a phone. many nights i just cried over what was happening to our lives. if i have one piece of advice it is that you not try to do this alone. it is beyond human endurance. we all need you to remain strong both for yourself and selfishly so you can continue to react to angelinas growing impact on a world that so needs what she is trying to teach us with her music and humanity.

Sandy, prior to retirement, I provided talk therapy and counselling to numerous clients with depression. In most cases, the actual problem is that the mind is in charge; it controls you. The cure/solution is to learn to control your mind, so you are in charge; otherwise, there cannot be calm and peace and contentment. I might be able to help you with this.

Angie started writing this song shortly after her 2nd grandpa died in Nov. 2019, during the filming of AGT-C, she was 13. Angie finished writing this after his death & recorded it in 2020 at 14, ( her 1st grandpa died in 2018). The producer of RR of UMG heard it & wanted to sign her ASAP, & they did finally at the end on Aug. 2020. Angie & her grandma did the art for the (official lyric video, the 2nd one you saw).

My eyes had finally quit raining every time I heard Angelina sing this song. I don't know if it was the emotional state I was in, her voice, or seeing you react to Angelina after so long, and hearing that your Mother is back in the hospital; OR a combination of all these factors, but it really got to me!! There are a lot of good reactors, but none of them are on the same level as you, just as no other singer is on the same level as Angelina. I for one (of many, many) have really missed your reactions to Angelina's music. May God be with you and your Mother, and I am waiting for your next reaction!!

Hi Nicelynn I totally forgot what day you told me Sandy would be back and now I am 5 o6 days late. I will have to put on notifications, I don't have very many reactors on notifications, maybe about 8 of my 300 subscriptions haha, but I have music and art and crime, and Christian, and an 83 little lady who is a crafter and just a sweet lady "Helen Wyatt" from Ga. she only puts out about one video a week or so, she started her channel when she was 80 after her husband died, she was just learning to do some crafts then now it may be crafts or fishing, or gardening or Ga. cooking, you never know but she is just so cute and she has almost 160 thousand subscribers.

Thank you for your reaction and welcome back. Talking can be a good medicine. Sandy, I experienced every thing you talked about. I had depression before. My late mother also had depression. She did get treatment and recovered about 98%. I also did get treatment and can handle bad days now on my own. There is not a single reason for depression.. Some people inherit it and some times it traumatic things that happened in our life and some times its both. Its an imbalance of chemicals in our brain. When you have for instant cancer you will go for treatment. Its the same with depression. Most of us needs medicine and ALSO therapy. You will certainly go to see a doctor with other illnesses. My mother later developed Alzheimer and also don't recognized me and my sister or my father. This is a very difficult situation for the family and also friends. Most friends just disappeared. I think you must get some good articles on both sicknesses or talk to your doctor. This is a very difficult and stressful situation to be in. You must also realize that there are many people with depression that are successful, rich, happy and with a blessed family that still developed depression. You can beat it. Look forward for more of your reactions to Angelina.

It is great to see that you have so many people rooting for you on your channel and that speaks volumes about you in a very positive way.Depression has become an epidemic and it is a terrible thing to deal with as there are so many different reasons why and different ways to treat it.
I do not want to speak out of turn but please go down the Holustic route and do not go near anti-depressants.
