You got me with the panic attacks and anxiety. Almost all my teenage life i've had ed(i'm 22) Not eating regularly and snacking all the time and eating 95% junk food and trying to lose weight (like a 1kg-3kg) even thought i just needed to cut down on the junk food and workout for a bit. About a year ago i passed out in the middle of the night in my house from being at home with knee pain(long story)and eating like 500 cals a day. (Almost everyday of 2017-2018 i ate like 500-800 cals,depends if i was at home or not) Since then i'm expriencing panic attacks every once in a while. It happens if i eat a lot of dairy foods without some solid foods or oily junk food or if i don't eat anything in like 3-5 hours. In buses or long drives(like 30+ minutes)it's really hard for me cause i feel trapped and nervous and starts having a panic attack. Normally with some fresh air i calm down. Today i eat 98% healthy non oily foods that gives me energy and a healthy mindset. I still get them sometimes and i still leaen how to live with them.

And free, liberated...less stressed
