Ahhh!! I get bald spots like that too from wearing my hair in a pony tail! The best thing you can do is to try to keep your down as much as possible and to leave it down when it’s wet. Very refreshing to know that I’m not the only one!

People who put their hair up regularly can tend to have thinner area towards the hairline. It’s not how you were made in essence, it’s how hair works. There are topical solutions that you can use to help regrow hair, and also hair topicals that help disguise the thin area. You can consult your derm about topical help but there are def over the counter items to help!

Fun fact: when I was in high school, a "friend" made me notice that everybody has a bold spot on the hair, except me, she meant that I had too much hair and that it was ugly. So I started to feel bad about this and I made everything to have the exact same bold spot as you xD
I have the opposite insecurity, my hair grows on both sides and almost connects to my eyebrows and I always try to remove it because it changes my face shape

the "bald" spot is maybe because you put your hair up a lot or your put them in updo. I use to have the same in my hair and I noticed it's because I usually put my hair up in braid sort of before sleeping to get them curled and it's pulling on my hair too much. I'm not doing it as much as I used to now and the hair grew back so it's a possibility. Either way this is nothing to be insecure about but I feel you girl lol ! You look amazing don't worry

There’s nothing wrong with your bald spot but I have this dry shampoo for brunettes and it’s tinted so it will cover it up and it works really well the one I use is from batiste

I struggled with hair loss there !! It’s so weird. However ! I started putting castor oil on it and rubbing it in and it’s made the hair grow back in it’s still shorter than the rest of my hair obviously but you can’t see my scalp anymore so 😁

For any of you guys, who has a bald spot (or just wants healthier hair) you should try to make a hemp seed mask, it works wonders for your hair! Not only does it make your hair grow, it also makes it softer more shiny and less frizzy!☺️♥️

Drink some biotin supplements, liquid biotin preferably, you can get them on amazon. Pure Castor oil as well is really good for hair growth
