How To Set Effective Screens in Basketball, in this video I explain how you can set a screen in Basketball so that you can create open shot opportunities for you and your teammate. Screens in Basketball are very important, to set a screen and roll your going to need to have the ball handler use you essentially as a wall. Next the player with the Basketball needs to have his shoulder make contact with your shoulder so that their defender get stuck on you. If your a Center you can even use this to your advantage by rolling to the basket and sealing the defender behind you so that they need to call switch.
