  • This was a test really to see what was above Tremadog as I’d never been up there before. Fabulous views and certainly so much more to explore. It was difficult to get up as I mentioned, the path really quite tricky at one point and definitely when coming down. However the rewards were quite amazing and I’m sure there is so much more up there. Paul

    Thanks Paul.
With beautiful weather it's a fantastic part of Wales.
Spent many holidays there over the years, so again - thanks !

Thought I’d leave in the mistakes this time Martin! I don’t normally have that many issues with maps but a lot had changed obviously since mine was printed! But genuinely like a different world up there. Fantastic! Paul

Stunning country! I love how these places unfold as one rounds the bend, really no area there that doesn't offer some exquisite view. The sky and light are lovely too, hopefully not too hot! I enjoy seeing all the lush growths of fern. One never sees them in the desert flats! :) Great journey Paul, you've a keen eye to have spotted that style so far up!! Vashti

Thank you Vashti! Honestly it was something else. The colours just shone out. I’m now a week away from you know where and yes I am worried as I’ve not even been on a plane for 15 years! So it’s so great I can show you a film like this but the next ones??!!! I’m nervous about so many things. Paul

@@pauljones401 I'm excited for you! I get the anxiety but it's going to be amazing (easy for me to say, lol)! It's been nine years since I've been on a plane, and not so far as that. Will pray for travel mercies, can't wait to see what you share with us!!

Hi Paul. Nice video. The mountain range you called the Clogwyn range, and then the carneddau is actually called the Rhinog range, or as we say in Welsh, Y Rhinogydd. They stretch from Trawsfynydd to Barmouth. The carneddau range isn't visible from mynydd Gorllwyn. Best regards.

I’m much obliged to be put right. I now know why y rhinogydd are so remote. Makes sense now. Thank you and thanks for watching. Paul

Some fabulous views from the top there Paul. A real treat of a walk; have to route that one out myself. Great to the see those views out towards the bay and back over the mountain range. Great place for some photos; thanks for taking us along. ATB Mark.

Barry was singing for about 3 hours! But that route up the old mining incline just takes you somewhere else that I’d never anticipated. Great to see some proper pictures from up there and it seems quite weather resilient as a route. Paul

Hi Spencer! Thank you! Sorry I’ve been quite quiet! Reason being I’m off to Jerusalem tomorrow to go and do some films really for my parents which to be honest is what the channel started for! No idea what I’ll get but I’ve been practicing in these sorts of environments but obviously there it’s times 10! I know I’ve been twice before. All the best and maybe I can bring something back.
