I literally have a unit here in Australia with the exact same size (45 sqm) as yours but with 2 bedrooms. Can't agree more that storage is important in a small place! I agree that it's a very good size for one person though! Congrats on your very first home! I can totally relate to that feeling since I also recently got mine 😄

1) Washing machine in a cupboard is the worst and something to be avoided. What happens if there are leaks? Whole carpentry will be destroyed. 2) Kitchen sink is at odd position. Why L shape when the space is already so small? 3) Shoe rack is not even spacing between each rack. 4) Bathroom faucet/shower, this is the first time i see ppl put a platform UNDER the shower handle/tap to put shampoo. Later u swing your shower then everything drop on floor. 5) Switch inside cupboard at kitchen. Nice to hide for aesthetics - but cumbersome when it comes to use. a good ID should be able to marry aesthetics and function properly. The condo's ID is a failure seriously.
I feel like i should recommend you fans bc i love fans Soo right normal fans you should buy KDK fans. They are really good lah or if not Mitsubishi fans they are also really good pls try these brands out if Mistral right you only buy model MSF 1800< good model For Ceiling fans right, buy Samaire fans
