    Great video! I love the way you explain where all the muscles are. I would love to see a video on your opinion of the places in the face and the procedures you would insist on a Dr. Or Np. There are so many crucial blood vessels that injection scare the heck out of me.

    Another great informative video!!! doctor how long does it last? Do we need to do it every year? Do we go back to baseline? Thank you!

      generally one may need anywhere from 1-3 sessions. That should last 2 years or more and then possible single annual or biannual sessions

    Have you heard of lanluma?
    Claudia glows mentions better results than sculptra & I’d love to hear your thoughts on this.

      Yes I hear that too! It isn't available in the US so I don't know too much about it.

      @@theocbeautymd same here in New Zealand, I love your work. I’ve asked my Beautician/ who’s also a doctor to look into it, she likes the ingredients, which is a synthetic sugar, so as long as it’s been around long enough she’s going to try it on me.

    Going to start this! How often do you suggest a non-sculptra massage?

    • @theocbeautymd
      @theocbeautymd  Рік тому +1

      Some do it daily, some nearly never. I truly believe that doing it often is very beneficial but I don't do it because of time constraints. I try to massage my cleanser in for 1-2 min, so that would be nightly.

    How soon after facial threads, not lifting ones can I massage be done?

    • @theocbeautymd
      @theocbeautymd  Рік тому +1

      I would wait about 4 weeks for the threads to settle

    How can I find a good doctor for Sculptra? On websites I read things like "I have that many years of experience" or they show pictures that aren't even from their own practice.
    I know in the States you have a website called "Realself" to see reviews from people but you don't have that in Belgium?
    Would it be optimal that I prepare a questionaire for my provider before administering the Sculptra.
    1) how much dilution?
    2) how long did you leave it sit?
    3) where do you inject and why?
    4) what to do when you have an allergic reaction?
    5) how many patients did you actually treated and what did you learn from this?
    I don't know if anyone else has more suggestions....??? Because this is not going in my face without enough investigation.

      Yes! Ask to see their before an afters while at the clinic. Look at the faces of the injector and everyone in the office. Do they look good to you?
      You can also ask how many conferences they go to every year or courses they take. What conferences are they going to in 2024?
      How many complications have they had

    Is sculptural beneficial for temple and submalar areas?

    • @theocbeautymd
      @theocbeautymd  Рік тому +1

      absolutely but it's not instant gratification. If you have significant hollowing in temples, you may opt for filler first
