This was my first official try on it so I don’t think I did too bad lol but I just hope not to encounter something like Mewtwo and Mew in Pika Cup lol Other than that yea just make sure you have chansey . It really helps in Pika Cup to absorb Dragon Rages
The only issue I have with using Starmie as a Level 20 is that chansey is a very common Pokémon at this point and it basically has no way to break thru it expect using Hyper beam ( do people use that? ) Meanwhile weakness to T-Bolt and T-wave is exploitable as well but Starmie is pretty decent if you can get rid of Chansey Alakazam also has that better speed stat special and no weaknesses so for that reason is why I recommand it a bit more over Starmie
