The initial callout was mustard gas, chemistry genius in the server should have said ammonia and bleach LOL. Buckets of chlorine tablets and bleach and water for dilution are maybe just pool/pool filter cleaning supplies, which should be in a pickup bed, but you know what they say.

That shop you searched at the end would be a good one to bring back the old school mechanic rp you did way back in the day. Nice usable interior and in a convenient spot but not so well known people will just be in and out for normal use to hurt immersion for you and potential customers.

You should use that mechanic shop for an episode. Can work there with a character. Doing maintenance to vehicles. Cleaning, oil change, upgrades. Be pretty cool.
