Hate to ask, but any tips on best maps to pick and enemies to fight? (Trying to avoid heavys)

I tried my best to explain why I chose the maps I did in the video, but fighting Horizon Guards or TTMF (red visor guys) are your best choices, as they do not have Juggs in their higher ranks. Jiggly Bois, Cultists, Black Ops, and Lawyer Thugs are ones to avoid whenever possible.
Especially lvl 1 Lawyer thugs because they fire their pistols almost at full auto without the actual full auto upgrade.

@@All_Mighty672 I've been trying to do it on extreme and it's frustrating to no end. Highest I got was map 9.
I wish they'd at least halt the hunger meter when a mission or wave is done.
Also, I understand with Auditorium...
Never again. No matter the game mode.
