there for sure is a bug (or maybe it's just a limitation to make so Seraphine cannot cast things too fast) but definitely her Q doesnt go after her E if you do it fast

Honestly I'm mostly just impressed you can STAND to listen to her K/DA voice for almost 40 minutes. Don't get me wrong, I have mastery 6 on her and I play her a lot, but god I can't stand her voicelines. If I had the K/DA skin I wouldn't use it because she drives me up the wall and I'd forget to switch voicelines back on after I play her.
I really think this whole Riftmaker-Conqueror series is a huge bait. You really miss out not getting the traditional runes and the outcome is really not that great. You have skill and pretty good decision making but it's not like an AMAZING rune for all those champs you've been playing.
I think it would've been better if her passive doubled at 50% effectiveness. Then buff her current ratios by 50% So she would at least have decent scalings in lane, her second Q would still deal execute damage, her second W still activates shields, her E still roots. But outside of double cast she still is effective

Yeah ive had the same problem. I think it has to do with the slow effect when her abilties are empowered. Makes it way OP

shes pretty weak as support. is viable but if you wanna go full ap, go mid or apc
She's best built like a Lux or Zyra. Damage is your best bet.
