As a newer project manager, this is very useful. I've been trying to do a daily planner mixing both home and work to do lists with work notes in the back of the planner. It has been a struggle, but maybe this will work much better. Maybe one planner isn't the answer.
I just enjoy your videos so very much! I too am a leader in a large healthcare organization. I have tried so many different methods. Lots of meetings and projects with different teams and departments. Thank you for sharing. Wish you lived next door so I could bug you for details. Lol thanks Anne.
Love the planner cover. Burgundy is my favorite color! 😍 One part that I was confused on is it seems like you have a weekly review in both books. Not sure what the differences are. I think I would prefer to have it all in one spot. Congratulations on having more projects and responsibility.
I use a b5 dot grid notebook for my work planner. I love being able to customize it based on the type of week or month that will happen work wise. I have found that I still have to keep some key personal items within the work journal so that I have double reminders of what is happening. Like you, I also pair that with a pre-printed calendar style notebook to capture a future log style way of all I need to know. Thank you for sharing your updated system. I always learn so much from you.
Love this - thank you for sharing. I do a similar bujo-style setup for work but keep my calendar stuff in outlook. I need to film a video 🧐 That Moterm is beautiful! Love it.
another lead here, with mutliple projects. This setup is almost identical to what i'm using this year. I found a House of Doolittle junior legal DO1P spiral planner, unused, at a thrift shop. it has sat/sun combined. I white out the weekend for the same. and the evening marks after 5p on the daily pages i white out and use as a notes section.
Great video with lots of ideas. I have 2 jobs and I own my own business. I will definitely be utilizing some of these methods in my own system. Keeping track is my biggest issue. I feel like I need some sort of tickler system to remind me but on paper. I have yet to figure out how to do that! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks! Looks like a good system. My work provides Outlook and OneNote, but I'm struggling to use them. I think I prefer paper, but definitely see the advantages of digital. I think I'd like to try to maybe incorporate a Rocketbook and see if that makes it easier to do both. Do you have any advice for setting up and managing an approach like that?
Getting a daily moleskin for the new year/ new job post grad school… you confirmed my curiosity of if it will work for work. Btw, loveeeee that burgundy moterm cover have a few rings in that brand and was contemplating getting one for my daily moleskin but I’m on the fence since I like the aesthetic of the moleskin black hard cover that has the 2023 embossed on the front.
The color of the Moterm is amazing! Somehow I have never actually used a Moleskin notebook but I have heard so many good things about the brand. I may need to try to catch one on sale just to check it out.
@@PlanningAnnie bummed the moterm cover in burgundy is sold out may get the black one lol.. Neither have I, love the daily since I figured my work calender will be on the computer and I love the daily pages for daily tasks/notes for clear focus and easy referencing past days.
For work I have a grid A5 notebook that I divide vertically for a week in one spread, one day in a column, 6 columns, and write all of my todos for a particular day Monday to Friday, and the last column is for the notes. Works well.

Good ideas! It would drive me nuts with all the white out and having to put the times on every page!
nice to see your work planning system. I'm very interested to see how you do your weekly review tool! thanks
Very helpful
