180 ain’t bad my dude! Depends on your height though, 5 9 155 here and I look more healthy then I was in HS 15 years ago. (120 and could bench my weight but looked emaciated.) Just be happy and healthy, if you will be happy dropping those lbs GO FOR IT! Hit those weights and power walk through that nature. Find a new place outta city every week and just walk. Trail or not! You got this shit.
