My 8 yo daughter and I started collecting monster high g3 and rainbow high during the pandemic. When you said you needed to wait for sales because you have to buy 2 I felt that in my soul 😂
Descendants Brandy/cinderella and uma dolls were really cute I got uma at Ross for 11.99 So she was a very fair price As a Brandy fan, I was already likely to purchase her. I did feel pressured to buy her around October because she was out of stock online and only left in some stores, but she’s been restocked a few items. I wish we got the original Cinderella doll planned way back when, but this was a cute nod.
I have her and while I love Brandy since I was a kid and remember the live action….the hair and dress quality wasn’t the best for her original price point. I got her during the Disney sale at Target during November and I’m happy I didn’t pay full price. My love of Brandy’s Cinderella is the ONLY reason I didn’t return the doll.
There are large Magic Mixies pixling, you included a photo at 9:50. I feel like the quality is worse though so I prefer them in small. My LUV dolls and fashion packs just clearneced recently to half off and I finally grabbed them all. I feel they were still overpriced at half off sadly. But glad to finally grab them since the clothes look nice.

I hate to hear that the quality is bad with the bigger ones! 🥺 My area takes FOREVER to clearance anything. Like they had Ryan Gosling Ken on clearance and then made him regular price again. Naturalistas are cute I just hate how their screenings look so different from their stock photos. Greg was everything! (Boy fade naturalista) The fashion packs are cute!
I agree the stock photos are off from what you actually get. Not that they look bad, but they look more polished and touched up in the product photo compared to what you actually see in person. But I like that the line is taking such a creative direction with playsets.
New to your channel, great video. RH for me now is a miss. I started collecting in 2021 when I became a Gmom. I started with barbie then got hooked on RH. Until like you said the change this year. MH a hit. I love MH gen 3. I never collected G1 didn't like there bodies. I collect the Disney dolla also. It's a hit or miss with me also. The prices could be ridiculous to me. I rather wait for a sale.I have the 1st wave of Naturalistas. Going to get the 2nd wave soon. I also like to collect the Barbie Signature dolls
Welcome!!!! Thanks for joining my happy toy family!! I agree with prices being out of control. Like Barbie is my main doll, but I only pay a lot if I feel it’s worth it for me personally. Right now? None of the newer Barbie dolls are worth the $100 price tag they want in my personal opinion.

MGA had a bad year. Rainbow High sucks now same for OMG i really only liked the Tweens and i don’t care for Bratz. Actually my two mini Nas Nas Nas that i got for $4 were my favorites they released this year.
I had Na Na surprise and idk I just stopped buying them? Idk y. Kids are definitely the ones keeping RH and OMG alive because they have been the top selling doll line for the past year. So I don’t think they are going anywhere anytime soon. I just wish they would have given us the last talk OMG Fierce dolls (Kitty K and Candylicious) because fans actually WANTED those dolls 🥺
@Color_Me_Barbie I think certain collectors only liked those Fierce dolls. Kids not so much. Just saw the Cleopatra one for $19 at Ross. She retailed for $100.

It was definitely adult collectors that wanted them. I know kids didn’t like them. They were never sold out.
