how did turbo oil return look? Was it clogged or? I think i need to check mine i have woooo noise from turbo more when cold so maybe turbo doesnt get enough lubricate
Both return and feed seemed fine, I guess turbo would die quickly if clogged. Maybe take of piping to check if there is play in the shaft or maybe leaking turbo air pipes.
@@jobathano1660 Thank you for your reply, i will check for airpipe lieaks. I noticed one leak but i think that doesnt make turbo whine but a stud is broken at connecting point between DPF and Flexpipe så i have exhaust leak there. Will fix it soon
No I did not, just loosened the radiator and condenser from the mounts to get more room, so the lines for the ac was still connected. So my ac still works.
@@freddiesowden1782 ...thanks they are not very common out here but thank goodness for UA-cam and the great people out there who are so happy and willing to help others. I found that the turbo was leaking into both sides and number one cylinder has a bent exhaust valve. Once they are fixed I will have to dig it because I suspect that the camshaft sensor is also shot.
Go Saab. I have one 93 2.0T 2008 here in Dallas TX USA
Thank you from 🇬🇧

Did you disconnect the Ac lines? If you did what did you have to do to Make it work again

Is your turbocharger leaking into the intercooler and then air intake because mine does
I don’t remember checking the intercooler, but there have always been oil in the intake, but not to much ans have not been a problem.
@@andreiandrew9181 Yup it's doing exactly that. I wonder why it does it. I know that there are models out there that are prone to this problem
How have the projectors hold up ? Still working ? :)
330.000 no problems, just to busy and no internet to upload :)

As Freddie said, no swirl flap on my 8v engine. Otherwise swirl flap delete is common.
