Continuous program at international exposure ang kailangan ng NATL team, para maging solid ang team Alas
Nope ito lang logic dyan. Kung ang tipong program na gusto ma achieve muna ay Powerhouse ng Asia. Dapat yun U20, U18, U16 na NT teams maging kasing lakas na ng Japan or China. Dito pa lang sobrang layo na ng Level (exclude mo pa Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia) kung makaksabay sa ganitong level ang Pinoy sa murang edad pa lang ibig sabihin merong improvement. Kung puro sa Senior Team lan gagawa ng program eh di malamang kangkgungan pa din ang bagsak kasi mas ahead na ibang bansa at nag te train din yan mga yan. Nothwithstanding na sila plus na biniyayaan ng magandang Height compare sa pinoy yung iba hindi na lumalaki,/tumatangkad haha.
Parang basketball din yan, yung mga U20 teams na PH lagin olats sa World Stage, nag iiba lang kasi pa Senior iba na ang mga players kasi meron na ibang lahi na halo. So kung i apply ang ganitong principle - medyo may laban,
@@neilg6901 siguro nga dahil sa kakulangan ng pondo ng ating opisyal,yan lamang ang pwede nilang gawin nila sa ngayon at isa pa,wala tayong sports department na mag-aayos ng ating sistema,dahil sa magulong sistema ng ating sports program
@metamaka6538 Well, ironic lang na mag train abroad for a week or more tapos wala din nangyayari. I disagree na walang pondo. Meron yan for sure given the fact na may capacity silang kumuha ng coach na mga ibang lahi. Ibig sabihin may pondo. 😀
3 kasi conferences yearly. sana kahit 2 conference lang. like sa japan, year end to 1st qtr lang jvl div1, sunod agad empress cup.. kaya after empress cup, national team na ang mga hapon which really align to fivb calendar

Maglaro sila sa eu/us/lati teams para mahasa ng todo ang alas natl team. Sa eu try nila subjkan ang serbia Italy turkey. S US try nila ang us natl team sa latin ang cuba brazil argentina etc! Talaga g malayo at napag iiwanan na ang pinas at panis na stule nila. Thai indo vietnam china japan south korea lagi silang sumasali sa mga foreign tournaments kaya alakas sila kc best of the best teams ang nakakalaban nila meaning these asean/asia pac teams are well funded! Kaya dont think na mananalonang alas dito kc imposible yan kung wala silang overseas experience at dapat matatangkad ang piliin na volleybelles 5-10’ heigh minimum!para match sa lahat!

They will be part of the 20-24 women pool, similar to what most national teams are doing. If you check other countries' rosters, most , if not all, have these number of players in their training pool. This is done so there will be flexibility and more options to choose the best team composition for a particular tournament, as well as a to ensure that the team still has a full complement of players, in cases of unavailability, injuries, or other health issues.
Its also beneficial, since the 24-women pool will already undergo the same training, to build familiarity with the system, and hopefully faster team chemistry once a final roster of 14 players is formed.
Even with the final 14, its really commonplace and expected that not all will be qiven equal playing time, per game or per tournament. Depends on the game-to-game strategy and adjustments of the coaching staff. They are professional athletes - i'm sure they understand their individual roles in the team. Even bigtime players like Annie Drews of US, and former World MVP Zhu Ting of China, sometimes come off the bench or have limited playing time in some of their games. There's nothing wrong with that, the important thing is the players all have contributed their part during training, as well as the actual games, to improve the performance of the key players of the team.
In my humble opinion, the mentality of "sayang lang ang ipapasahod" is reminiscent if a poverty mindset. The wealth mindset is - is the salary or compensation commensurate to the value that player provides. The individual player, including the time, physical and mental effort that each player and team member gives is actually more than the salary. They are valuable to the team. The team is valuable to Philippine sports and the general fanbase, even to businesses. Whoever spends for the salaries has deemed it valuable enough to exchange the money for the value that the Philippine women's volleyball system provides.
Pag sunod2 ang games sa international competitions, need ng deep bench para iwas injury at fatigue ang players. Standard yun sa national teams
This is my personal opinion. Bakit sila pupunta ng japan para mag training. Ok thats good. Pero kumuha ng foreign coach diba. So ibig sabihin may kakayanan syang magtrain at magturo kasi nga foriegn coach cya. Parang dagdag gastos. Bakit di lang kumuha ng coach sa japan para diretso ang training plus yung mga technique na gagawin ng local players natin. Hindi ba kaya ni de brito mag bigay ng training kagaya sa japan?
