Great video! I'm a firm believer of Burst Nilah instead of sustained damage, it just fits her kit much more. But i got a question tho: what do you think about Essence Reaver (replacing Collector)? Either Prowler > ER or ER > Prowler (maybe ER > IE/Navori?). I just think that the item is much more consistent than Collector. I just feel like Collector falls off too hard with the low Lethality and basically non-existing passive.
Collector is just a very strong snowball item, essence reaver is only if you have mana problems since realistically nilah doesn't need the sheen proc damage. However, if we play nilah well, she shouldn't run into mana problems. It is also false that essence scales better than collector since collector's passive is unique in the game and having an execute damage on any target can net you extra kills and win close fights.
1. "Collector is a very strong snowball item" Well, so is ER. It's usually built as a first or second item by champs that want to snowball like Draven or Rengar. 2. "Essence Reaver is only if you have mana problems" This is just false. Even Manaless champions build this item just because of the crazy early powerspike and also how well it scales with more AD. 3. "Nilah doesn't need the sheen proc damage". Really? I'm gonna take your word here, since you have probably more Nilah experience than i do, but i just assumed that a champion that has low Cooldowns, build a lot of Ability Haste and Basic Attacks a lot would really like the Sheen proc. But yeah if she doesn't use Sheen well then yes ER should not be good. 4. "It is also false that essence scales better than collector since collector's passive is unique in the game" ER's passive is also unique, as it is an bonus AD scaling Sheen proc, it can snowball like crazy if you get a lot of early kills. 5. "having an execute damage on any target can net you extra kills and win close fights." Yeah, but execute damage is just that, damage. 5% of a champion's maximum health is about 65-100 (depending if they're squishy or not). ER's sheen proc will deal ~100 damage every time you activate it (which will be more than Collector's proc), it also works on minions, and it gives you extra Ability Haste and Mana (that, again, it's not needed but more than welcome).
@@daliag2424 You raise really good points but essence reaver's passive is not unique in the sense that it just does damage, which is something many items do. But collector is an item that executes the enemy below a % of health. This item is good vs. all champions, and especially tanks despite popular belief bc tanks will have more health despite being 5% hp compared to a squishy target. This is really good in close fights and makes for plays that aren't possible otherwise, much like the triumph rune that gives back just enough hp in scenarios where you would die otherwise. Nilah also doesn't need an insane amount of ability haste, lethality mythic item is enough. The lethality on collector also just works better in a lethality build. It is also not false that you only build essence reaver if you have mana problems, draven has massive mana problems which is why he needs essence reaver. Champions like rengar build essence for sheen passive, and rengar would also go divine sunderer if the game requires it, it just so happens that essence reaver is the sheen item that deals with squishy champions. It is not a crazy powerspike for a champion like Nilah that has a hard time sticking to ranged champions and should look to end fights as soon as possible.
Man i really like your vids, i showed them to my duo and he is picking it up and learning all the techs from you! Since you showed the Sup tier list ... i wanted to know where would you place Swain as a supp, i usually main swain or naut... we had some really nilah/naut/thresh games and i wanted to try swain too but since he is not very tanky i was not that sure about it, but the way you said how the engage is better with some cc and a way for nilah to fight without using her E as a gap closer and all i think swain would be a good matchup with her.... what do you think ?
I would say Swain is definitely weak with Nilah in the early stages of the game, but after level 6 you should win fights against a good majority of the matchups. The only problem is Swain doesn't really provide much for Nilah so it's kinda like you are each playing your own game.
as a pyke/leona/nautilus main, nilah is my absolute favorite adc in the entire game to play with, she has everything I could ever ask from an adc and more, its really sad that pretty much no one appreciates her and most adc are wannabe rekkles and forg1ven and think they can solocarry by spamming jinx/kaisa/xayah and other generic anti-fun champs
Agreed! I love it when I have a champion like pyke/nautilus/leona on my team because then I know I don't have to AFK during lane. I would say most pro players probably know how to play her, but there hasn't been an opportunity to show it on stage or maybe the coaching staff don't like the champion. Can't really blame them
@@LoLEnryu yeah, I guess since nilah is a far cry from the conventional long range consistent high damage adc, the pro scene doesn't really play into her that much, which is sad because she has perhaps the biggest snowball potential in botlane; maybe at least she might get some buffs since she is so unpopular
My main is jinx but I've recently started playing nilah and samira and I have to say I love the dash/dmg negate ability these Champs provide and it is really fun to use. I love nilah more than samira cause the two dashes feel really good, and I've tried the ravenous build but imo I just felt like I wasn't able to do enough so whenever I try to go in my dmg feels bad, I want to try your build it seems really fun with the three dashes I never even thought to build prowlers, thank you for the guide 👍
is there any merit to build galeforce on her. you lose a bit of lethality of mythic passive but you get and non-targeting dash and movespeed is nice late.
There is merit for Galeforce but it definitely is less damage than Prowler's. With the changes to Prowler's Claw, it isn't good on Nilah anymore so if we do want a dash, galeforce would be the item
There's a good chance I will release content about other champions in the future but right now I am focusing on Nilah. I'm sure there are other players who are good at Samira who are making content though!
what do you think of hail of blades instead of conqueror? you say her fights aren't supposed to be long, doesn't conqueror depend on fights being longer? It just seems counterintuitive to go conquerors if your fights are going to be short, and her early game damage seems so lacking with conquerors.
It's quite the opposite actually, Conqueror is what allows her damage to not be lacking in the early game. Before Nilah has items, her fights will be long, which is the same as any adc champion. If you don't auto someone for like 10 times in the early-mid game u won't be killing them. The other runes in the Conqueror tree are important as well, but the red tree barely has any value.
@@LoLEnryu okay makes sense! I think I'm just taking bad fights where the fights don't go on for long or they get to disengage. And yeah besides the main mastery the red tree doesn't give much.
Galeforce is good, Eclipse build is still the same and I like it the most into melee comps. After patch 13.11, ghostblade should be less effective and duskblade priority should go up for lethality build
It depends on what you mean by this meta, because I am still seeing at least 1-2 champion that build a lot of HP in every game. Even champions like fiora or wukong will stack health, HP items aren't limited to just tanks. Which is why in most games you won't even see champions like zeri or jinx buy mortal reminder
@@LoLEnryu hmm i see thank you, the reason i was also asking is bc they nerfed support grevious wounds so it can't apply on allies anymore so I was just wondering I thought carries would be the ones to buy it now, and i didn't know whether mortal or ldr was better vs tanky and healing champs like fiora and wukong.
Who do you usually ban when playing nilah? What's your thoughts about nilah vs xayah? I find it to be a very hard matchup since xayah has insane range, root, big burst and dps, and her ultimate counters my ultimate.
Not really, although both champions are similar in some ways, Nilah is very different and more versatile than Samira is because Nilah counts as a melee champion.
Thank you for your insight. I´ve been climbing with Nilah lately and I only spammed the Ravenous build but I will be trying out the lethality build in future games. Great content, new sub!
I go more in detail in terms on builds in my other runes&item video if u wanna check it out, I also have channels in the discord dedicated to explaining builds
I have! Also played Nilah top jg support on stream yesterday. She's definitely a niche pick in other roles but can be great in certain matchups like vs. Yasuo Mid or GP top, etc.
Do you still take bloodline after its nerf or is it still a most every game? It would make sense to take tenacity if the enemy team has a lot of cc instead.
Hey, I picked up Nilah recently due to your wonderful vids. I was just wondering what the reason behind the early Zeal is? I think you didn't mention that in any video yet. :)
Yep, like CoinFlipAhri said, zeal is just replacement for boots, Nilah doesn't need atk spd boots it's an overkill. You can build defensive boots instead if you need to upgrade it, zeal gives good stats for the price and a very effective early game item that works well with dirk.
I have some concerns about laning at lower elo (just got back from like a 3+ season retirement) silver 3 atm. When it comes to laning since I haven't fully limit tested with her when should I really try to take fights? I usually just wait til we have the level 6 advantage due to her passive but I'm also concerned I'm not taking the game into my own hands enough and trying to snowball. Not to mention I've had troll supports int cuz I wouldn't run at them lol. Being more direct does nilah have good kill potential lv 3 or 5? Or should I continue playing safe til 6 powerspike?
I have had a lot of supports that have no idea how to play with her, and it can make the pre-6 phase of laning very hard and frustrating. Try and convince your support to play an engage support if you want to fight early, otherwise I think you will be better off just trying to farm it out until you get your own agency.
She has kill potential at lvl 3 and sometimes even lvl 2 depending on the matchup. I would definitely say try to test limits in normal games and get a feel of what you can do with the champion. After 100 games you kinda just know when you have enough damage or not to win a fight.
@Enryu thanks. I ran some ranked games after I posted that and swapped to the lethality build so I got a decent idea now. I'm at about 20 games on her now.
@@wesmantooth32 yeah i worked my way around it, i just need a support who knows what they doing in general. playing the enchanters who just hide 20 feet back or is an afk yuumi is what kills me x.x
What would you recommend build and runes for nilah top? I think you might need the sustain more with shieldbow in that lane with tankiness, however do you think lethality would work too?
@@jameskim3232 Most likely just Eclipse build, but honestly Sunderer could be an option as well, I will test it and make a video about sunderer if it's good
im pretty much a beginner but this video has helped me so much on my journey so far, currently i always build: collector, boots, prowler, shieldbow and bloodthirster... any way to improve on that?
What do you think of Navori being a staple? I havent tried the prowlers first item. I tend to go for bruiser lifesteal with shieldbow, bt, navori, pd and dd. I will definitely try out prowlers but it doesnt look like you have room for navori with all the pen your going for. Is there teams you would choose the fighter route instead of the assassin route?
I have an item & rune guide on the channel as well as in the discord if you wanna check it out. But generally speaking, if enemy have a lot of ranged champions = prowler's. More melee = eclipse
What do you think the best build is for midlane nilah. I played her a couple of games and tried only the build from 핫초코로세계정복 (KR gm nilah main) which is the ravenous galeforce bt. Also need to try the build you showed.
I would say lethality build is still the ideal build for Mid Nilah, prowler's/eclipse gives really great utility and you can just build according to what the enemy have, for example if you're playing against a lot of AP you can go bloodthirster maw, etc.
Do you always build Zeal early? If you do build it early, do you go for Durk first or Zeal? Really informative video! I'll definitely be trying out the E max tech.
you mentioned NIlah is more of a burst adc, so u decided to build lethality. Wouldn't other runes work best compared to conquerors? maybe hail of blades?
Not really, she is a burst ADC but early game would be very difficult without Conqueror, the rune page is just perfect for Nilah as a melee champion. The Conq tree + inspiration tree is what makes the lethality build efficient. The red tree doesn't do much for Nilah and treasure hunter is too nerfed.
Life steal nilah with yuumi on top is a nightmare. you cant kill her as long you dont have really long stuns. Sure doesn't burst as much but she dont have to simply by having so many shields and heals she can fight almost forever.
This is quite untrue, if you don't do damage you can't lifesteal because lifesteal is based on a % of the damage you do. If you want to "fight forever" I would say Nilah isn't the best champ as she can get kited & cc'd very easily.
Nilah is like Pyke if instead of converting bonus health to AD, he converted bonus ad to health and bonus health to lethality, but still kept all 3 stats.
i think its important to take into consideration lethality scales. you will not have exactly 35 lethality after two items. assuming your lvl 10 or 11 after 2 items your will only have like 28 pen
@@LoLEnryu ive started playing with this build and it feels much better playing as an assasin than spamming life steal. also when should i sell my boots?
man i love nilah so freaking much, I got mastery 7 in like less than a month :3 Im just a little confused, what would be the complete build for lethality?
That's not how lethality works, it's not flat armor pen. The formula is armor_pen = lethality × 0.6 + 0.4 × champ_level ÷ 18. So at level 10, 40 lethality equals 24 armor pen only I like the build though
It's not that low, the formula is Flat Pen = Lethality × (0.6 + 0.4 × level ÷ 18) Which means (40 x (0.6 + (0.4 x 10 / 18))) = 40 x 0.82222 = 32.8 pen And bc Nilah has a passive that gives her extra EXP, her level scales better than most ADC champions, giving her a better synergy with lethality. I don't include the "full" formula in videos like this because most people don't really like seeing all the numbers. And extra 8 armor is basically just 2-5% dmg depending on how much armor they have, which I mentioned in the video that the % of damage you do varies, there's too many scenarios and I think a rough estimate is enough to showcase the build, but if we're talking exact numbers, 40 lethality doesn't just give 24 armoir pen at lvl 10.
I wasn't really buying into this build, i was always playing lethal tempo with ravenous hydra. I tried this build and it's really good. legit on a 9 win streak lmao
I love your channel. Please keep making these vids :) I haven't played her yet, but she seems pretty similar to Samira. Is she viable in solo lanes or jg? Maybe not in your elo but lower ranks?
She's definitely viable in the solo lane as well as jungle, I tested some of these on stream the other day. Definitely harder than ADC though since she is meant to be played in a duo lane.
Yeah renata's only good ability for Nilah is the revive, but at the same time if the enemy can kill Nilah once, it's extremely easy to kill her a second time faster.
The spellblade synergy is definitely nice and good against tanks but that's not really a build for bot lane Nilah, I would say Sunderer could be an option for top Nilah
At 3:05 you say: "...If someone has 100 armor, basically you are taking away 39% of that 100, then you're ... 40 flat armor, which leaves him with 21 armor..." This is incorrect. Lethality scales with levels, which is an additional reason for lethality to work better on nilah than on other adcs. In reality you would be reducing 40*0.6 = 24 armor. Plus 40 * 0.4 * level / 18. Only at level 18 you would be reducing the enemy's armor to 21. Good luck on the rift! :D
@@LoLEnryu Idk if you are gaslighting me on purpose or not. What you said was exactly what I said. Regarding the "rough estimate" I would argue that you should have presented that estimate for level 14 or something around that, when you have the three items you specified. But it's fine, I understand that. Also, in your example (level 10) the difference would most likely be 0.75%-2.5% not 2%-5%.
Can u make a video whit your thought process before/and in engrade. I would like to see a dozen clips and you just walk us through them whit both w, cleans, dash and ult. Because I fell like i do some really bad calls majority of the times. But when I see pros they really own simulare situation. It might be that i'm In a to low Ello and ppl are bad at peeling, but it's probably just me that are not that good at team fight. Mostly i win early game and make sure we get drake's. But at mid game i just start split push. because I always dies in team fights. But i win games this way I'm over a 60% winrate with her in like 19 games. And I can solo majority of enemies. I normally play top. But i fell that i lose to many games because my team will do bad calls so i lose games even when I'm 10.2 at like min 15 because enemy have all dragons and my team have no dmg. So i play nilah like a split push top. It's not optimal. Because I get one shorted if i walk through jungle when I need to ward 😑

You should show some dps numbers against dummies for a video like this. I was playing around with them a bit after being flamed for building Prowler's Claw to just make sure that the numbers were backing up how the build felt. Not only is your build path a lot cheaper than the standard, but as the armor increases so does the dps.
Yeah I could but honestly it's up to people to accept this as a build or not, it's really hard to convince people who are set on ravenous hydra and shieldbow as the only viable build. Eventually people might realize but those who don't even want to try the lethality build will not listen to numbers either
I straight up have a post on Reddit why E ranks are better early over Q ranks tho there I state it's best to put 3 ranks to E and then max Q cause by the time you reach that level you start getting the crit items which start amping Q damage more than E ranks.
@@GGiGotHydra I still feel like the CD reduction in E is more valuable than the damage increase from Q. Getting an extra dash in a fight can be pretty huge.
Since you started uploading vids I build Nilah the safe way but after trying lethality I fell in love, the dmg output and outplay you can do is insane with 3-4 items I'm a Katarina main but I've been spamming Nilah on ranked and finally got out of silver ahahaha I hope I can get better at this champ :) love your videos
Very interesting analysis the script could be shortened and the delivery could be a bit more animated editing also needs some improvements. Keep up the good work tho
Her W is pretty simple, I would say I could definitely work on a 1-2 minute video talking abt it but basically just use it when you know that you are getting focused. Try not to use it for your teammates unless you know you need to save them with it
Leveling up Q also gives bonus armor pen, on-enemy-champion-hit-lifesteal, and attack speed boost on Q hit. Only the armor pen is significantly useful for lethality Nilah and that stat is percentage based. So q max helps Nilah more in later stages of game when building lethality. Building crit, probably still Q max for attack speed? But I def will try e max
None of those things scale with ranks in Q. ArPen & Lifesteal scale with crit, and the attack speed scales with level. As the vid said, the only useful thing in ranking Q past 1 is the ad scaling, which doesn't matter until later when you have more items
Yep, exactly what Louueys said, none of these things actually scale with Q, the only thing that Q max does is give you like 5 base dmg + 7.5% bonus AD dmg, which is really not that big of a difference in the early stages of the game.
tbh its nice that nilah can itemize differently, very unique champ

I can confirm you make it to late game with jinx its a wrap. my wr with her skyrockets at 5 items.
Guess I'm a little confused as to how any of the champs you mentioned are anti-fun lol
@@iDivinity117 average adc gameplay is 30mins of farming and then right clicking while staying away from all enemies
Yep! Please try the lethality build, it's very fun! Thank you for watching :3
Oh so you're moving on to not brain dead characters, good
@@nik_ms there is no braindead adc besides jhin or mf and even that isn’t really braindead
is there any merit to build galeforce on her. you lose a bit of lethality of mythic passive but you get and non-targeting dash and movespeed is nice late.
There is merit for Galeforce but it definitely is less damage than Prowler's. With the changes to Prowler's Claw, it isn't good on Nilah anymore so if we do want a dash, galeforce would be the item
Wondering about going the lethality build sith engage supports and shieldbow with enchanters 🤔
Yep! This is the idea, but sometimes you need lethality build even if you have an enchanter
Would you ever do any samira content as i see you playing her in a few vids?
Can you do a vid on how to play from behind?
Of course!
But what app are you using to show gold difference and jungle timers? I’m sure somebody must know.

@@LoLEnryu Thank you sir! Love the vids. Keep it up!
Easily one of the best things about the hydra build is the wave clear. Maybe it's a hydra + tp angle for lots of pressure?
Hydra doesn't actually provide a much faster wave clear, Nilah already one-shots waves at one item without ravenous hydra
HI! How would you adjust your Nilah build after the patch 13.10?
Galeforce is good, Eclipse build is still the same and I like it the most into melee comps. After patch 13.11, ghostblade should be less effective and duskblade priority should go up for lethality build
Why not mortal reminder now? isn't it better generally in this meta unless ur vs a 5k hp sett, sion, chogath, etc
@@LoLEnryu hmm i see thank you, the reason i was also asking is bc they nerfed support grevious wounds so it can't apply on allies anymore so I was just wondering I thought carries would be the ones to buy it now, and i didn't know whether mortal or ldr was better vs tanky and healing champs like fiora and wukong.
do you always build prowler's? or do you soemtimes switch to eclipse if they have a lot of melee fighters/divers?
same question. eclipse seems newb friendly too
I choose between prowler's / eclipse depending on whether their team comp has more melee or ranged threats!
@@LoLEnryu with prowlers being the option for ranged for the gap close?
Thanks for the video! Maybe I missed it but thoughts on synergy with Milio? What tier would it be in the tierlist?
Milio is pretty bad with Nilah but a good pick against Nilah
Who do you usually ban when playing nilah? What's your thoughts about nilah vs xayah? I find it to be a very hard matchup since xayah has insane range, root, big burst and dps, and her ultimate counters my ultimate.
I always ban Xayah, the matchup is pretty impossible to play.
In letha build for last item we go navori or something else ?
Depends on the game, if you need damage then Navori is the best choice, if not then just buy defensive items
hey could you update this video for the new item
For sure!
do u think this could work on samira? i mean taking prowler or eclipse instead of shieldbow because item is pretty dogshit rn
Not really, although both champions are similar in some ways, Nilah is very different and more versatile than Samira is because Nilah counts as a melee champion.
I see in your videos that you build zeal and not complete it immediately, what's the reason for that?
I have a build/item guide video on the channel if you wanna check it out for more in-depth explanations
Thank you for your insight. I´ve been climbing with Nilah lately and I only spammed the Ravenous build but I will be trying out the lethality build in future games. Great content, new sub!
Thanks for watching and have fun with the build!
how is it?
I see you building a zeal without upgrading it pretty early. Can you explain your thought process on rushing zeal?
I go more in detail in terms on builds in my other runes&item video if u wanna check it out, I also have channels in the discord dedicated to explaining builds
Have you ever try to play nilah in other lane ?
I have! Also played Nilah top jg support on stream yesterday. She's definitely a niche pick in other roles but can be great in certain matchups like vs. Yasuo Mid or GP top, etc.
for the lethality build, do you ever go ingenious hunter secondary tree for the lower cooldown on eclipse/prowlers. Is it even worth it?
he goes inspiration second with free boots and futures market
Red tree isn't worth it anymore, inspiration tree is much more consistent and works well with the lethality playstyle
Do you still take bloodline after its nerf or is it still a most every game? It would make sense to take tenacity if the enemy team has a lot of cc instead.
I still take bloodline mainly bc I don't build lifesteal on Nilah until later on in the game with the lethality build.
Is there muchups when u shouldn't build lethality?
When you have an enchanter and the enemy have a lot of champions that counter Nilah, you should probably go a more defensive build
whats full build? quickblades vs infinty edge?
I have an items & runes guide on the channel if you wanna take a look at it
Do you have any advice or a different build for Nilah top? Or just use the regular lethality build?
Prowler's isn't as effective for top Nilah, but you can still go Eclipse in most games into standard items!
@@LoLEnryu What do you think is a good second item to build after eclipse? And thank you so much for replying, absolutely love your nilah gameplay
Hey, I picked up Nilah recently due to your wonderful vids. I was just wondering what the reason behind the early Zeal is? I think you didn't mention that in any video yet. :)
fr
Zeal is instead of a boots upgrade, you get more ms than t2 boots+as, crit and ~5% armor pen
Yep, like CoinFlipAhri said, zeal is just replacement for boots, Nilah doesn't need atk spd boots it's an overkill. You can build defensive boots instead if you need to upgrade it, zeal gives good stats for the price and a very effective early game item that works well with dirk.
@@LoLEnryu thank you man! Keep up the good work :)

Which runes would u recommend for this lethality build though? Still conquerer?
Conqueror is optimal
What would you recommend build and runes for nilah top? I think you might need the sustain more with shieldbow in that lane with tankiness, however do you think lethality would work too?
Basic Conqueror rune page is good, Grasp could also be an option
@@LoLEnryu how about the build? stick with lethality or more traditional crit in your opinion?
@@jameskim3232 Most likely just Eclipse build, but honestly Sunderer could be an option as well, I will test it and make a video about sunderer if it's good
i always thought the reason Nilah build hydra was because you need tiamat for the aoe to help farm early game, is this wrong then?
Yep, this is wrong. Nilah doesn't need Ravenous Hydra
im pretty much a beginner but this video has helped me so much on my journey so far, currently i always build: collector, boots, prowler, shieldbow and bloodthirster... any way to improve on that?
I think that build is fine, I also have more detailed item explanations in the discord if u wanna join and check that out
What do you think of Navori being a staple? I havent tried the prowlers first item. I tend to go for bruiser lifesteal with shieldbow, bt, navori, pd and dd. I will definitely try out prowlers but it doesnt look like you have room for navori with all the pen your going for. Is there teams you would choose the fighter route instead of the assassin route?
I prefer Navori over IE in basically every game, it's just a really good item since a good part of Nilah's damage come from her abilities
I'm not confident enough to use prowler on Nilah, what would be the best other letality item on her ?
eclipse
Eclipse, or you could try the beginner build that I mentioned in my runes and build video on this channel
When i should buy prowler and when eclipse?
@@LoLEnryu Thank you will definitely try it out! great vids keep it up!
Do you always build Zeal early? If you do build it early, do you go for Durk first or Zeal? Really informative video! I'll definitely be trying out the E max tech.
I do end up building an early zeal in 90% of my games. Always dirk first though
you mentioned NIlah is more of a burst adc, so u decided to build lethality.
@@LoLEnryu ahhh ic, aite will definitely give this build a try thx 4 the reply :)
From my experience karma has been the only enchanter that's been really good with her but other than that I'd rather a pyke or naut
The best supp for her ist taric so far i know. Went 24/0/5. Killed the botlane plus jungler twice. Her engage plus taric ult is awesome.
What about why you choose prowler over galeforce?
cause lethality straight up superior and prowler reduces armor on the the target
Both items have a dash but Prowler's is more damage
would like to see muramana on her or something like jaxs build
Will make videos on other builds as well when I start streaming !
Is there a mythic that you'd suggest if someone is trying the lethality build in low elo but is bad at remembering actives?
eclipse
I would say just keep going prowlers. I was the same way, but forcing myself to buy and use it was the only way to improve.
You can keep trying Prowler's to get used to it or you could go the other build I recommended in the guide video
Nilah is like Pyke if instead of converting bonus health to AD, he converted bonus ad to health and bonus health to lethality, but still kept all 3 stats.
Jesus riot would go crazy for that one
How come no IE or Navori?
Navori yes, IE no
i think its important to take into consideration lethality scales. you will not have exactly 35 lethality after two items. assuming your lvl 10 or 11 after 2 items your will only have like 28 pen
Agreed! But usually at 3 items you will have close to 90% of it
@@LoLEnryu ive started playing with this build and it feels much better playing as an assasin than spamming life steal. also when should i sell my boots?
i notice u buy an early zeal and always end the game with it thoughts on why?
more ms than tier2 boots, so you don't have to upgrade boots at all, + you get attack speed, crit, 5% armor pen
I have an items&runes guide video on this channel if you wanna take a look at it
i mean its to much also i like going prowlersclaw into crit items so there is no room for item with no crit
Agreed!
man i love nilah so freaking much, I got mastery 7 in like less than a month :3 Im just a little confused, what would be the complete build for lethality?
I have a build&runes video on the channel as well as a channel in my discord dedicated to explaining the build!
@Enryu do you think you can coach me on a few games? Maybe upload as content.
Sorry I currently don't have time to coach
@@LoLEnryu Maybe a vod review if you have time?
Could this same logic apply to Samira?
Not really, I would say Samira is a way different champion than Nilah despite the similarities.
What do you think of galeforce instead of prowlers?
They have different uses, prowler is a good gap close to use your R, if you use gale this way it's just a wasted item potential
I think that Prowler's is a better item than Galeforce, Prowler's has more damage and the dash is better with Nilah's kit
That's not how lethality works, it's not flat armor pen. The formula is armor_pen = lethality × 0.6 + 0.4 × champ_level ÷ 18. So at level 10, 40 lethality equals 24 armor pen only
I like the build though
It's not that low, the formula is Flat Pen = Lethality × (0.6 + 0.4 × level ÷ 18)
Which means (40 x (0.6 + (0.4 x 10 / 18))) = 40 x 0.82222 = 32.8 pen
And bc Nilah has a passive that gives her extra EXP, her level scales better than most ADC champions, giving her a better synergy with lethality. I don't include the "full" formula in videos like this because most people don't really like seeing all the numbers. And extra 8 armor is basically just 2-5% dmg depending on how much armor they have, which I mentioned in the video that the % of damage you do varies, there's too many scenarios and I think a rough estimate is enough to showcase the build, but if we're talking exact numbers, 40 lethality doesn't just give 24 armoir pen at lvl 10.
thank you for sharing us Enryu
My pleasure!
I love the content and the itemization, great work. Have you ever experienced first strike Nilah, if so, what are your thoughts?
I have, it's pretty bad everywhere, even in the top lane because you will just lack the damage in early fights without the AD from conqueror
I wasn't really buying into this build, i was always playing lethal tempo with ravenous hydra. I tried this build and it's really good. legit on a 9 win streak lmao
That's what we like to hear
I love your channel. Please keep making these vids :) I haven't played her yet, but she seems pretty similar to Samira. Is she viable in solo lanes or jg? Maybe not in your elo but lower ranks?
She's definitely viable in the solo lane as well as jungle, I tested some of these on stream the other day. Definitely harder than ADC though since she is meant to be played in a duo lane.
@@LoLEnryu ooh, thanks. I'll have to try it out just for fun
you ranked sejuani ivern and singed as supports but not renata, is she really really bad with nilah or something?
I probably think he just forgot.
Yeah renata's only good ability for Nilah is the revive, but at the same time if the enemy can kill Nilah once, it's extremely easy to kill her a second time faster.
İdk why but i have %70 percent wr in Nilah and i only played hydra.I love her damage in hydra is it Realy better in lethality?if it is i wana try that

Nilah any good in solo lanes?
Niche pick in top/mid/jg. Top is where ur probably most comfortable if not playing adc nilah, then mid, and jg is just kinda troll but it can work
Is divine sunderer a good item on her? I feel like the spellblade synergy is pretty good and the divine dmg can also be nice
His other recommended build is Essence Reaver rush. ER into BT
The spellblade synergy is definitely nice and good against tanks but that's not really a build for bot lane Nilah, I would say Sunderer could be an option for top Nilah
hii, what app do you use to view the cooldown of ultimates ?
Blitz.gg !
Both build are decent but still like to rush BE then BT which you recommend in previous video :D
At 3:05 you say:
"...If someone has 100 armor, basically you are taking away 39% of that 100, then you're ... 40 flat armor, which leaves him with 21 armor..."
This is incorrect.
It's not that low, the formula is Flat Pen = Lethality × (0.6 + 0.4 × level ÷ 18)
Which means (40 x (0.6 + (0.4 x 10 / 18))) = 40 x 0.82222 = 32.8 pen

Nilah need crit af
Agreed!

@@Elephanthobo I tried to read the wiki and could not extrapolate that info, big thanks!
