EPA should put a stop on optical labs and optical shops that throw into the sewer the fine grind plastic product of lens processing operations like lens edging, lens polishing, lens generating etc. This is perversely pollutant since plastic is reduced to the grade of dust. Some of these plastics are allyl diglycol carbonate known also as CR-39,the indestructible polycarbonate, and other magnesium coated plastics that do not degrade and contribute to global warming. The solution is to require by law the separation of plastic particles from water and there is plenty of equipment suppliers. This works in Europe and Asia, but not in profit making America.

EPA should emphasize on corporations that do damages to environments. The corporations are often getting away scot free with environmental violations and it feels like there is more going on.

Time to go ahead with real green energy. Clean up the power grid by reducing fossil fuels pollution by reducing CO2 emissions by the 90% pushed by the government.
