No, They aren't discriminating hispanics they are being targeted by the governors operacion esto perpetua.. he's been trading police with san antonio and san diego. Training officers to faint when they suspect fentanyl. This is an awful waste of resources and the states been increasing taxes ever since even though the population of Idaho is 96% white people.. even the damn immigrants are white in this state!
