When I got to add a “new variable” it has a field for Name and a field for Value. Do I paste the folder info in the Value field or Name. Can I name it anything?

You have to just select the path from the system variables list click on edit button click new add the folder path and press ok. Thats it

bro i m trying to unlock bootloader of my realme 5 pro but in fastboot mode powershell says waiting for device and when i command it as .adb/ reboot bootloader then it says adb is not recognised but when my phn is on then it shows the device

Well you can always access ur bootloader using ADB tools through CMD/powershell.
