It's stated that no one can have more than 4 curse techniques, or your brain will burst. Kenjakou officially has 3 CT right now, but he may have another one (by Yuki). Yuta is able to use many CT because of Rika, which is considered an external storage.
If Yuji can have other's CT by consuming them, he must choose thoroughly because right now he has two, i don't think he can add more than two others.
I'll point out that yugis body doesn't follow any of the normal rules

It’s explicitly stated that Yuji’s abilities work on the same principle that Sukuna’s do and that Sukuna ate his twin to get dismantle, who of course was not an object. Besides all that Nanami’s ct was reused for a cursed tool which his student had been using against Sukuna. Obviously neither Kenjaku nor Sukuna had any part in its creation as that would create yet another plot hole. Basically nothing about your comment is accurate and I don’t know how you got to this conclusion.

Important thing to remember is that the good guys are on like plan e. They weren't building up Yuji to get to Sukuna's level. They just needed him strong enough to land some soul shaking hits without dying

Just eating regular flesh won’t let Yuji get their technique it has to be a cursed object which is something only Kenjaku and Sukuna knows how to do to our knowledge. I also don’t get why he doesn’t think Yuji and Yuta already switched since Yuji already said they were planning on doing it. And the messy art style for Gege was because it was unfinished he did the same in Maki’s arc and it got fixed in the official volume.
Yuji ate the womb paintings (which are alive, not objects) for blood manipulation so it’s not off the table at all. Gojo is a sorcerer not just some regular person. Besides that Sukuna got dismantle from a sorcerer effectively the same way.

Yuji's curst technique helps him learn the soul through the medium of whoever's soul he swaps bodies with while his body does much the same to what it devours. Being most closely linked in nature to Sukuna unlike the nature of his soul.

While Yuta's cursed technique aids him in learning the Cursed Technique of another person.
When they, in my theory, swap back to their respective bodies will have a complete version of Sukuna's devouring cursed technique.

Yuji only seems to absorb techniques from curses objects, not from everything he consumes. This is most due to him being a perfect vessel (cage) created by Kenjaku
Instead of being taken over by the soul locked in the cursed object he consumes, it’s locked in his body and he can eventually use any ruse technique it may have held
Something that has always been in the back of my head is how Gojo can use positive cursed energy to make a technique reversal (red). If a am not mistaken, Kenjaku does the same with the gravity technique. Implying that some techniques can have a version with reversed effect. That makes me wonder: if Yuta uses his copy technique, would he remove the opponent's technique since that would be the opposite of coping a technique?
