Picture this, you've killed most if not all bosses on reserve, you're a pretty juiced boy, about 72kg's of hard earned loot. And since you don't have a paracord and don't want to risk running into player scavs, you are heading to D-2, as you are about to take the staircase to D-2 You notice Tagilla out of the corner of your eye and since you are a pretty juiced boy you can't run very well. So Tagilla makes sure to end that run with 2 sledgehammer blows. This happened to me :( . Good video btw
There is a new bug that makes things like glass and fences very hard to pen,, this is why many of the shots seem like they are missing or not doing damage
loving the vids mate, havent played tarky in years, have a couple thousand hours on mainly interchange, not the most popular map but my fav, i would love to see a 24h in interchange challange, loot all shops/loot room/underground, get 5x gpus, do a scav+pmc ectract, kill killa, do a snipe from a tower, - all the challanges you can think of, and if you are feeling super nice, end it on a giga chad glock 18c drum mag run,

This event was the biggest buzzkill I've ever had in Tarkov... Had Sanitar in my sights multiple times at Resort but teammates got the kills. It it what it is, that happens. On reserve, I (unfortunately?) picked up Birdeye's SR-25 and see him across from me. Except it had M61 which cannot kill Sanitar in a single headshot... He ran somewhere, couldn't find him. That was the last I saw of him about 15 raids prior to the end of the event. He was the last I needed and couldn't kill him if I wanted to. Heard him multiple times in other buildings, but never an opportunity to not get immediately killed by other bosses with angles...
You need to use nades more when bosses are pushing you. More than likely if they push you and you're not in a right hand or behind a door they will demolish you. Throw a nade when they get close and you can catch them when they're running.
Well you're going boss hunting with a sniper, take a AXMC for maximum oomph headshot capability and instead of a pistol take a PPSH that physically cannot jam. Alternatively you can simply take a Dragunov with BT/BS/SNB and forget about secondaries.

Goons on shoreline: We might spot you and run you down Goons on reserve: Psychic powers activated, coke lines snorted. Seariously, EVERY SINGLE TIME i had to kill the goons just to see the other bosses no matter which approach I took on reserve. Head through knights, goons push knights, head through d2, goons push d2, head through medical, goons push medical. There was basically no approach in which the goons wouldn't come find you and you had to put them down or die,
i couldnt kill birdeye or bigpipe but i killed everybody else a couple times it was a super fun event for my first wipe in the game cant wait for the next fs, w vid btw hell yea
Love how that boss gives your gun sentience, gives it an existential crisis, which gives your gun a panic attack. LMAO just stupid things like this that bring down the game
I really have trouble playing solo, such as gear fear and solo anxiety when I play PMC. I play very slowly, but my survival rate is just 55%. Now, I play as a scav instead of PMC. I want to know how you manage it. Sorry to waste your time.
My advice is to solo on ground zero, take your time and each raid try go faster and faster, don't freeze up when you hear sounds and if in doubt throw a grenade or 2 and also use smoke grenades and flash bangs. Smoke grenades are so under used but they are a great way to retreat and confuse players and NEVER use a laser sight, it does nothing but give away position. Another way to overcome gear fear is to run guns near stock, the FAL is a beast and not too expensive and performs well with mid tier ammo. Don't bother trying to build meta guns because even the worst gun can beat the best gun in tarkov. Hope this helps

For me its not even gear fear anymore, its just that i have to build a kit again and wait 10-20 minutes to get into a raid, but still play and enjoy the game
I started playing again yesterday, and it the outdoors sound like there is a plane flying at all times. it is literally so loud like I legit think it might be a bug. is it a bug or did they actually make the game sound like that? I got the new outdoor sounds like birds and stuff but the ambient noise sounds like a plane anyone else?

"Birdeye has no footsteps." Magic. "Killa has 10,000 hitpoints." Magic. This game started as a realistic survival extract shooter. Now it's a magical girl game. No thanks. Not anymore.
Does any one remember the Halloween event with the cultists doing rituals and the light house boss was on customs the panic affect was happening when the cultists when they got to close to you I was fighting rashala and the light house sniper boss and all there guards at new gas I had killed rashala and his guards along with the light house boss guards as well the ritual started and when I stepped out from behind the tree to take my shot on the boss my weapon jammed as I tried to clear it I was stabed in the back and poisoned the poison was no issue for I had a injector on standby the issue was when I tried to run the light house boss was had already moved in on me I tried to shoot and it jammed I pulled out my melee and then was shot in the face by the boss immediately. Losing not only the loot i had but the ir goggles I had on.😢😅

The roof was key to this event. Not key for survival in most cases, but key for killing bosses and players.
You need to use nades more when bosses are pushing you. More than likely if they push you and you're not in a right hand or behind a door they will demolish you. Throw a nade when they get close and you can catch them when they're running.

Yes, using high damage ammo and going for the neck, traps or shoulders is a insta kill. TacX or ucw are hilarious for this reason.
