Rama Natanael. Hey Bro !! Great video. 💪💪😎✌️ The m5 and m7. It’s the same body and neck , Or the m5 it’s little than the m7. ??what is the difference???
Hey Nathan, I need your input. I was set on the 5 strings M5, and got to test it in a shop. I am used to a very nice jazz bass Geddy Lee made in Japan bass (4 strings) and the neck is extremely thin. The M5 is one of the first 5 strings basses I held and I was shocked how fat the neck felt compared to my bass. I'd like to know, is the neck on this bass considered average, thick or quite thin? Are there other basses in this price range with significantly thinner necks? I also held a V7 5 strings and that one felt extremely heavy in comparison. Also, the neck didn't feel any thinner than the M5. I need your opinion, thanks 😛
Any idea if Sire has permanently changed to Ernie Ball strings for all their bass models? I'm hoping not. My experience using EB Cobalts was a epic fail!
So.....I'm confused as ever. I'm waiting for the sound comparison between the M5 and M7. The specifications are practically the same as the M7, which almost renders that version pointless.
Awesome! Hopefully you could get the Ash Natural next time around.. I'd really love to get a close look at it!
Interesting

Are those knobs available to buy separately? I have the M7 with the older knobs. The new ones look great!

Sire necks are thin for me. Not sure how I could help you. Try as many basses as possible
@@RamaNatan allright! That's all I needed to hear. I will have to get used to it, or maybe I'm just not made for a 5 strings bass 😛. Have a nice day.

No idea
Do you remember the weight of the package the bass came in?
around 9-10 kg maybe
I don't need 5 strings...but the design of this bass is so f****ng hot!!!
It's a 4 bolt neck instead of a 5 on the M7

I believe tonewise isn't that big different.
So, what's the point of purchasing the M7? Did they literally undersell themselves?
Weight this bass?
4kg
M5 34 inch scale. No top
It might feel like 34 which means a comfy 35 scale 🙂, the web says it’s 35 scale. 34 is for the 4 string.
Another bass? I will take one off your hands :-)
🤣
