Well that was unexpected. Thanks for the shout out! I didn't get to track you down at IMTS (We were only there for one day!), but I so look forward to meeting in person! I think my son will be adding a VF-4 to his twin DM-2's in the next couple of months, so it'll be time for more pallet bases. Neither of us could run our businesses without your awesome products!
@@PiersonWorkholding I'll definitely get Mitch to send in some fixtures that he designed and is using. I make the little stuff and he makes the big stuff, but we sill learn a ton from each other as we work through fixture design. Sometimes I don't think I really got an OP2 fixture right until the 3rd time. For what I make, a big breakthrough for me was internal workholding for op2. I have designed my own expanding mandrels that use the torx head tapered screws from insert holders, from M4 through M6 size. Game changer. Fantastic parts density on OP1 with pitbull clamps, perfectly internally held parts on OP2 with no surface imperfections from an external clamp. Flexing fixtures are also fantastic in that regard. And once I started making my own pallets it was on! Now I have rolling carts to move pallets around. I could go on and on. Every person I talk to in this game gets to hear my Pierson testimonial. I truly can't imagine trying to do this without you!

Very kind words! Everyone at Pierson Workholding deeply appreciates it.
very good video Mr Pierson..thanks for your time
Thanks for the shout out Jay!, loving the rotovise.
Happy to do so! You're absolutely crushing it! Thanks for posting!
Seems a outer support would be a no brainer. Possibly double or triple the rotary maybe slave rotary extensions with a brake.
Thanks Jay!
Thanks for watching!
Good stuff.
Yes, and lots more to come.
