I'm a selected stenographer in the Indian Railways and this goes to all out there wondering whether one can learn stenography in 6 months, or just enough to pass the skil test of this year, NO YOU CANNOT...PERIOD! Completing only the basics would take your 7-8 months, that too if you're giving your heart and soul to it. Thereafter, you'll be taking regular dictations from various magazines, newspapers, youtube channels, etc to attain a minimum speed of 80-90 wpm.. All this will take another 6 months and then you can assume yourself to be prepared for these exams. Be practical and don't just listen to these money-hunger channels who can do anything, no matter how low the act may be, to coerce you guys into enrolling in their useless batches and you'll end up nowhere!

Steno ki cut off 2019 se phle high nhi jati thi bt jb se ye cgl wale aae hai na steno mai tbse merit high ho gai ye log tier 1 mai qualify ho jate hai high marks se skill mai reh jate hai fir jinka skill qualify hota hai vo candidates k lie merit high ho jati hai jst bcs tier 1 mai candidates best high marks late hai
sir skill test me hindi le ya english. kyonki sound hindi smjh easy aayega but typing hindi hard h.or english sound smjh achha nhi aayega but typing easy h. bahut confuse h sir .kya skill medium kre ???
Please clear my doubt. Agr me English shorthand krta hu toh ppr me mujh for group C. 10 minute dictation me mujh 1000words English shorthand me on paper likhna hoga. Or uske baad 40 minutes me translate krke computer pr with the help of keyword English me type krna hoga system pr. On an average 25words per minute se that means 1000 words i have to complete in 40 minutes. Agr yeh jo bhi mene smja hai sahi hai toh pls tell me or nahi hai toh pla correct me. 🙏🙏
