Sir I want to know when I would be able to write the unseen paragraph as dictation. I have completed 190 exercises of the Pitman Shorthand key book and I am writing the seen dictation with good accuracy and speed but so far unseen is concerned I am not able to write too much as the strange outlines are not coming in my mind easily? Sir, i have a one doubt suppose ki agar kisi ne general ki cut off and apne category ki cut off bhi par kar liya to kya is case me use general wali seat milegi ya dono ki jisme wo us category ka hai agar wah general ki seat milti hai to kya category wali seat kisi aur ko di jati hai ya dono pe wahi qualify hoga.

Sir, stenographer ban ne ke baad , as a personal assistant posting milti hai ,toh esi kon kon si skills h jo hme aani chaiye or sikhni chaiye or jin skills use kar k hm ek better personal assistant ka roll nibha sakhe hai..
Typing speed 50 wpm or more
Good knowledge of computer
And good in talking to someone
And Panculity

You are at a very good position just continue practising it try to make the outlines shorter and read out what ever you have written instantly as and when you finish your dictation and follow it which typing the complete transcription

Sir after taking dictation, and after completion of transcription, we have to type on system, so we practiced 45 wpm, so there, there is lengthy passages almost 1000words, how much time will be given to us there to transcript

Once you complete KC, you may go for progressive
But no other resources required
But sir this time the vacancies are so low and everyone is saying that the matter will be difficult either progressive or presidential speech
