OMG.... I wonder how many of us will get this comparison. LOL. Personally I favored Fred Astaire.... I miss those black and white movies. Had so much class.....
Thought I was the only one who noticed that Fred Ataire coded moves, especially with the footwork Usher was doing. Also, Michael Jackson looked up to Fred Ataire as well. Gene Kelly was also a fantastic dancer athletic and smooth as well. Nice you compared JK to him.
I heard someone say, "Usher, Usherin' ." 😂 So I'm saying, JK, Jungkookin' & Usher, Usherin'. I love this so much, cause they each shine here in their own right, but together they elevated each other's performance, not by duplicating each other, but by shining in their individual ways. And it worked so well. Historic! 💜
This was the perfect collab between two great dancers and singers. They fit together so well. Let’s hope that when JK comes out of the army Usher will be willing to do more with him. Jungkook has been working on his sleeve for some time now revealing it little by little. He still covers right down to his fingertips when in a Japan but usually shows his hand when on Korean programmes. Jimin has been adding a few more tattoos but they are spread out on his arms, back and ribs. Generally his aren’t visible or are easily overlooked because of their more subtle placement.
About the tattoos back in 2019 he got the first one and got so much hate but he dgf and went on and got his sleeve and even added ones later to touch it up 😂 same with peircings he had so many on each ear but then he got one on his eyebrow and 2 on his lips and still didn't care I really love Jungkook's growth because back then he used to apologise for these silly stuff
It's JK's song so it needed to have JK do the first bit. Usher's remix added a verse in his style, so he came on screen with his part.I think they blended this together extremely well. Fantastic duo. You can see they have a lot of respect for each other. Love it! 💜
My theory is that Usher will keep the song on the charts and promote it (this remix will be on Usher's new album) since JK isn't here to do it himself. Is it a deal between the labels? Sure. But they're both thoroughly enjoying the collab so it's win-win for everyone. Usher is doing the half time show for Superbowl this year and everyone's hoping that this song will be part of the performance.
Amazing right? Yes, I saw they enjoyed this moment together. I loved seeing Usher again, and with our maknae JK. For being an Army for 3 years and an Usher fan for nearly three decades, it's just a blessing for music lovers. I'm so rapt with this awesome collab, iconic moment for us.
H*ll yeah!! 👏🏼 Usher’s footwork & JK’s tats!! JK has always been good about working out, but he’s been bulking up more since Seven came out. He will have no problems acclimating to the physical aspect of army life. Thanks for watching this, John! I knew you would enjoy it! 👍🏼
This is awesome for Jungkook and Usher also your smile give us Army a flustered with a smile as Global Army and fans are in a jaw dropping to this is better than the first one he had with Justin Timberlake ... so this came up after Jungkook enter his duty also he got a sliver plate for Spotify reach 1 Billion streams 😮👀 but soon it will reach further than 1 ooooooooh Army is so happy to see this and again thank you 🙏😇 our priority is to stay safe , stay strong , stay healthy and happy too 🤗👍
They did have great chemistry together. Usher has said he is adding the track to his new album which is to be released early next year. That's a big compliment to JK. They did have fun together - they just clicked. I too would have liked to hear them sing together. Maybe some other time.
71 year old BTS Army here. I disagree. This is Jung Kook's song. Usher is a featured artist on JK's track. That is as it it always goes and as it should be. The featured artist doesn't get equal time with the main artist on the track. Jungkook has been extremely generous with all of his features. More than what is normal. Just so you know, none of JK's solo releases have anything to do with Kpop other than JK is S. Korean. All of JK's solo releases including his just released album "Golden" are all in English. He likely feels more free to express himself, tattoos and all, since his solo work are all American productions. There are no S. Korean songwriters, producers, recording studios or MV shooting directors or locations, etc. He is blowing past Kpop and jumping head first into the American pop market. He is using American Grammy Award winning songwriters, producers, recording in the U.S. and filming at mostly U.S. locations such as Universal Studios in Hollywood. The original MV of this song without Usher, however, was filmed in an abandoned power plant in Budapest, Hungary. The director is a very famous Ukrainian director who has directed for Harry Styles and many others. This remix with Usher was filmed in L.A. His self professed dream of being a giant pop star is clearly beginning in a big way and in the biggest pop market, the USA. BTW, there are now at least 3 live performances of the original version. iHeart Radio, Jimmy Fallon Show, The Today Show, and there is a KILLER Official Choreo Version. He recently performed 5 songs at the TSX stage in Times Square, NYC. I heard he is only the third artist to ever been invited to perform there. This remix is ICONIC and a dream come true for JK. JK's solo achievements are the biggest of the group. ALL of BTS members are in the military now for 18 months as of Dec.12. JK's solo album "Golden" is up to 2 billion streams since Nov. 2. Thank you for a great reaction! 💜
I really like this remix, they look like they are having a good time. I'm happy that JK is meeting more singers/rappers. He seems to enjoy performing with all of them and it gives him more exposure. I think that part of the choreography where they open and close their knees must be a "young mans move", the rest of the dancers (older knees) don't do it with the same energy as JK. Personally I think JK looks better/healthier about 15 --20 pounds heavier. More the size he was when he had the long blond hair. Alas he always wants that jawline so sharp it could cut you. It's going to be a painful wait for all the boys to come back, it is impressive that they are doing their military service all at the same time so they can come back together... group before self.
The collab was done this way on purpose. Usher will add the song to his upcoming album. Jungkook graciously allows Usher to make the second half of the song his own. Showing the world that both men respect each others talent. This was a wonderful gift before enlistment but I hope they will do more collaborating in the future.
I like their different styles. Usher brings out more of the funk/disco elements out of the song but I think some stans who are used to strong synchronized choreography might not get the vibes or see at as lazy.
Great job by both of them!!
Good energy between them!!💜
Usher is like Fred Astaire (Smooth) and JK is like Gene Kelly (athletic)

@@komerican-og probably only Silver Army or children of the “greatest generation”. 😝

Yes, you're right; Usher's natural dance shows his natural ability to the choreo, and their mutual respect for each other is so evident. Love it!

Voices match perfectly
Usher’s voice sounded great!!
My 51 year old two worlds colliding lol 🎉
Unbelievable isn't it?

sometimes its hard to believe that Usher is 45 and can still move that way but on the other hand he is world class when it comes to dancing

You said it right!
I’m glad they didn’t mirror dance moves, they have their own individual flare

Arrêtez de mettre Jungkook entre parenthèses dans vos titres ...
