I believe that the Hector guy is not to blame here, because I observe a lot of motorcyclists on a daily basis. They don't care about indicators, even if you're convinced that a motorcyclist is far enough for a car driver to safely turn around his car without having to cause trouble to anyone, the motorcyclist in sheer majority will not stop and will try to maneuver irrespective of however dangerous it may be for both of them. No matter how careful you're, they'll somehow end up in a situation which will either turn into an accident or a brawl in terms of exchange of abusive language. I am a motorcyclist, but I can't deny that a humongous number of motorcyclists are a clear nuisance and a constant threat on Indian roads.

आजतक कोई ट्रैफिक चालान नहीं हुआ, कभी बाइक गिरा नहीं, कई बार गिरते गिरते बचा लेकिन एकबार भी गिरा नहीं, दो बाइक चलाया, लगभग 150000 किलोमीटर, आगे भी कोई दुर्घटना न हो और मेरा रिकॉर्ड बरकरार रहे ऐसी कामना है ऊपर वाले से।

between the hector and bike accident, I think the bike guy is also at a big fault because we can see the Hector guy turning slowly, while the biker riding very fast. So fast that his helmet came off and he sommersaulted on the road.
