Honestly so true, and I love that you're starting your 2025 goals right now because we all know that setting the goals in January it is in march we will actually start implementing it 😂 I do agree that setting action points with the goals you set help a lot, that is what helped me achieve some of the goals I achieved this year!
I got the same crayon and love it! I’m gradually starting my goals for 2025. If I try to start everything at the same time there’s a big chance of me quitting.

I also got a ipad! Plus I have been struggling with staying disciplined. This video reminded me of why I'm no longer buying stuff willy nilly and eating takeout even though currently all I can think of is "I want ubereats" or "I want to go shopping"
oh what color ipad did you get? and you and me both but i always check my account to humble myself 😭 going to do my best to buy groceries and no more shopping!
For 2025 I want to start having morning and night routines, start going to bed earlier and waking up earlier. I also want to lose at least 10kg and walk more. I have been going on an calorie deficit for a week now so starting already☺️

For 2025 I want to try therapy, walking more, and travel at least once a year! And get comfortable doing more things by myself🙂

I use to be very small just like you protein powder really helped me gain weight you just have to workout with it so it makes muscle instead of fat
