  • This is a sand workout designed as an excellent way to strengthen your feet and improve the mobility in your ankles. Sand training is a great modality for Athletes strength and conditioning to perform plyometric exercise with low impact to the joints and body. These exercises are designed to train change of direction, explosiveness.
    The heat of the sand and the heat of outdoor training increases energy used and will also increase the mental toughness of the individuals and the team. You will also have opportunity for teambuilding.
    Additionally, sand training strength endurance forces Athletes to pick up their feet, and the unstable surface creates great opportunities to increase proprioception. The increased resistance provided by the sand provides additional challenge to the Athletes.
