- In this video, I unbox and review seeminlgy every DJ's favorite brand of headphones, the AIAIAI TMA-2 Move Wireless.
The TMA-2 Move Wireless are a fresh, wireless take on their highly-acclaimed flagship headphones - the wired TMA-2 - which have been a favorite amongst DJs and musicians for years. Because they’re modular, you can customize everything on their site from headband style, to audio drivers and ear pads.
The sound here is amazing detailed and clear! Listening to tracks I’ve listened to for years in other headphones - including the big names of Sony and Bose -I was able to pick up on slight reverb effects, background vocals, or the sliding of an acoustic guitar string that I’d never heard before - breathing much-needed new life into the same tracks I’ve been listening to since 1997.
They do have some issue tho, and because this is a no-shill zone, we address them - but for me, the pristine, super-wide stereo sound still makes these a buy!

could you say that they are better than the sennheiser hd 450 bt or the sony xb900?
Interesting perspective. I found the the sound stage to be super close and claustrophobic - to the extent of being muffled when listening to some tracks and spoken word.
I don’t feel the sound quality justifies the price. I think you’re paying mainly for their modularity. Ive been in touch with their support team and may very well be sending these back.
For reference my daily drivers are Beyerdynamic DT770 250 ohm (wired) headphones with a portable Fiio amp/dac
Thanks for the comment - were they the s10 speakers? 🤔 agree, definitely on the pricey side - wouldn’t mind seeing these at 150/179 price point.
@@QuickTechReviews Yes the S10 speakers with the EO4 ear pads. Will be seeing how they are with the E08 ear pads before returning. The website says they have a more open and spacious sound signature. I’ll let you know how I get on :)
My experience too. The SO4 units are brilliant but they stopped making these speakers.
I'm thinking of upgrading the ear cover to a closed back.

been a while since this video was posted, have they fixed the audio cutting out?
I have yet to see / find a firmware update. It really only happens if you switch between two apps using audio (music and then UA-cam) for instance. The audio stops working randomly - even tho the song/video is playing and you’re connected to Bluetooth. The fix seems to be just closing and reopening the apps - 💯 annoying AF but not a deal breaker for the great, clear sound you get with these.
@@QuickTechReviews ah… that’s a shame. i actually used to own an older wireless model and now a wired set. but i was wondering how much it has improved since then.
