I just had this intalled (2003V model) ,there is No Power Spring Adjustment on mine ?

Hi could you be confusing the Briton 2003V door closer with the Briton 2003 door closer, which is a fixed power size?

Thanks for the quick response.
Yes it turns out that there was a mix up when it was picked up. I have since had it exchanged, now got the correct model, the 2003V as in the video, seems quite a bit better (than the 2003) for just a few pounds more.
