The problem for Google in regards to Planned Parenthood is that the HIPAA law protects Americans medical information. Because of this Planned Parenthood can't share any medical information on their patients, without written consent from the patient, therefore Google can't access that information without written consent from the patient. Google could be looking at thousands of dollars in fines for accessing, sharing and or storing that patient's information without consent.
