Thx for input on the Josef. I didn’t source check that and only took the words from the local pharmacy lady, who stated 99. I bought 5 for the price of 25 euro. Now, judging from the package and what I have shown in terms of procedures, I think it’s safe to say that only considering the possible error factors introduced when doing this on your own, there is definitely a 5% risk that one mess it up.
I’m not physician so I am not familiar with the quality of the publication below but it gives some input on the difference in reliability. I understand that some quick tests have not very good accuracy. If this one is at 99% then that's good to know.

As I understand it, the accuracy is very good if the test shows positive, but if it shows negative it's less accurate.
