This video helped me understand how it works, and also explained the change in heart rate I see when breathing in vs out since I have asthma. Happy to report my blood oxygen is currently 99. Be aware most machines will auto-adjust the scale of the pleth it gives you to try and best fit it in the screen. So it may make the waveform bigger to make it more visible - so the rate of pleth is useful, and the change in height from one wave to another is also useful - but keep in mind it may also be adjusting the scale at the same time and not actually a big change in wave size.
Sir, as you can know, that HONOR BAND 5 also contain feature of SPO², So please make a comparison of this band results with real SPO² measure Machine. So we will all are able to know "how band is accurate". Please sir please 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Good video but too simple - Would add more about other errors (light from OT and ambient light sources, nail polish and putting the probe on sideways), also about how it calculates the values - wavelengths it calculates and ways in which it can artificially be higher or lower than it actually is - carboxy, met, methylblue Otherwise was great - and the above, I guess, depends on your target audience.
