Wow!! Thats pretty awesome!! I've started seeing some "classical" instruments being used in rock/metal. Violins, cellos.. wow.. that is so awesome!! If Mozart and the others were alive today I'm sure they be cranking thru a tube amp and 4x12 live.. even with a violin, cello or whatever they preferred. I never met Mark.. but would love to one day. =)

Actually Mark has been an incredible violinist for MANY years. His first "metal violin" CD dates back to the LATE 80's. I have the "cassette" version. LOL!! Killer songs and playing on that album. Voodoo Violince was the name. Passion Principle and Monkeybats are two of my favorites from the album. Glad to see you still rockin' it Mark and spreading the Faith!! \m/

Dude, don't make it seem that I'm hating on Mark because believe me, I'm probably his number one fan. I know his been an amazing violin player AND viola player for many years. I've played with him live. I know what an amazing talent he is. I don't have all the albums but on my iPod I do. I love "Caressing" and "World Vison" and "Slip'n Anna Slid'n" and "Monkeybats" (the video for it is amazing too)

    YOU'VE NEVER MET MARK! :O
OMG You absolutely need to!!! He is such a friendly and cool guy and listening to him play Viper live is jaw dropping! The sound surrounds you and you can get so lost in the music!!!

Rock on man... sorry to make it sound like that. It was NOT my intention at all. I was just wanting to show my support for Mark as well.. and being of "my vintage" I remember all the buzz when he first released his first album (and the stir it created in the rock guitar mags back then). I'll have to check out his newer stuff (which I don't have =( Sadly, many of the "shredders" from back in the day fell off the face of the earth. So keep ROCKIN' Mark!! =)

I'm acutally pretty upset that Mark isn't as big as he should be. Like, he should be 20 times more famous. He's an amazing talent. He inspired me to start doing rock music on my cello which is why I now have a youtube account xD. I acutally have his CD, "These are a few of my favorite things" and it's signed. I went to go see him June 16th and since I played with him before, he already knew me. :-D

Yeah, I definitely would love too. So Mark, how about it? =) Maybe I can get Mark to play a solo on my new CD.. =) That would be EPIC. =)
