I'd say flight numbers are subjective to the company and a 2.5 for mint might be more os than what prodigy would.

Good to see you throwin forehand again brother! I'm also just getting back from being on the mend from some light 'golfers' elbow. Gel ice sleeve and the theraband flexbar have been absolutely money in helping me get back. Played my first round without a compression sleeve this morning and was pain-free!! Didn't think 30s would feel like 'getting old' but this sport makes me feel all my creaks and joints :)

Haha! I’m still struggling just sometimes force it 😬 glad to hear yours is better! Might have to look into the flexbar

@@ChasinChains I would for sure check it out. It does something called 'eccentric contraction' on the UCL tendons which is hard to replicate in normal stretching and strength training. Buckle up for a bit of a read but I promise this is useful info!! Another thing that has helped me was adjusting my grip. I noticed forehand was more painful when I used my stacked grip. My middle finger was tucked into crack of rim/flight plate at 45* and that put my forearm slightly skyward. It led to a forced pronation motion with my elbow and put strain on my UCL. SO I found two grips that help me play pain-free and still give me power and control: split finger but with middle pad completely facing the rim, not angled and the second grip is Ryan Sheldon's "pinch grip" with middle finger in front. I think Paul Mcbeth uses this as well. Super weird feeling but I don't think I can go back. Hyzers feel much more natural. Both grips put my forearm completely perpendicular to the flight path and there is no strain/pain on UCL. Give it a try. I'm forehand only player and its helped!!

Tacocat forward is tacocat backwards... it was used as an example of a palindrome in the 90s and for some reason has become a meme
