Anyone know if there is a spot on this stock to add the Magpul MLok tripod adapter plate to it? Any pre drilled holes for this in front of the mag well?
Ammo08 off the top of my head I honestly can't remember if my rings are medium or high, but I have a 50mm objective lens and luckily didn't notice any issues
This exact stock will also work with 6.5 Creedmoor as 6.5 Creedmoor is also a short action round. Installation will be exactly the same on a 6.5 cm Remington 700.
You would need to get one setup for the long action 700 chasis, but I don't see why it wouldn't if it fits the bull barrels, the triangular barrel isn't larger than the bull barrel 700's if I am not mistaken.
@@4MRRanch thank you and I figured it would I just didn’t know if they had a slight difference with that barrel vs a round one. But I was able to find someone who did it on one very similar to mine. Appreciate it man
I just got my stock from DSI in Oakdale NY and I like the stock I have been to alot of gun stores but DSI is one of the worst store all the workers except the one female sale person was good ( the only reason I got the stock there ) all the guys there were all want a be gun pro and didn’t know anything
I highly recommend the mag kit with this stock. It is really nice having the 5&10 rounders

I had to use some slightly higher rings for me to use the Magpul Stock...it's a great stock.

I wouldn't recommend that, would require a decent amount of duct tape

Terri Collum I’m sorry but I do not own a .243
They all install the same as far as I know, so his video will apply to Remington 700’s in all calibers.

Your accuracy will be alot better if you torqued your receiver screws to 55-60 inch pounds

No , it's purpose built for the 700 . I have heard it may also fit a model 78 sportsman and other 700 clones.

It is just a generic buttstock pouch I found online for about $15
