After rabbi Isaac levi died, her family and zabulon were the last Jews. After August 15th zabulon left to Turkey but Tova was still there until October and fled with her family to Kosovo

Issac Levy died at age 69 in January 2005.
His body was transferred by the Red Cross from Afghanistan to Israel (where he has family members) for burial.
Zebulon Siman-Tov, 65, left Afghanistan in 2021 after the Taliban takeover, saying that he fears for his life and immigrated to the US. He formally divorced his ex-wife after years of being separated but still legally married.
Why did the two fight?
Each claimed ownership to a Torah scroll in the last synagogue of Afghanistan at the time.
They complained to the Taliban authorities, who decided to imprison both.
During their imprisonment, the synagogue was robbed and the Torah scroll was stolen.
The Taliban got so tired of their fighting that they threw them out of jail.

This Zabulon is actually a known figure. He was the last Jew in Kabul, probably in the entire Afghanistan, but refused to be rescued by Israeli government because his wife escaped from him to Israel before and he didnt want to give her divorce, which he would be forced to do if he came to Israel.
He indeed was the last Jew in Afghanistan.
