Since many years for a new subway line and city palace. They even had to frooze the ground with liquid nitrogene to keep ground water away. The subway line and the reconstructed Prussian city palace are now in the final stage after a decade of construction. The city palace is mostly been financed by donations in the size of nearly 1 Billion.
