I lived in Riverdale and relocated to the South. Riverdale is the only BX location I plan to return to outside of Westchester County. Rents are still between 2500 and under 3000 with or without a doorman.Parking is still tricky though

​@BuyingNewYork Yes Riverdale has some places for a night out , but it's a neighborhood for families and seniors. It's Westchester without Westchester property taxes some bar issues with the Manhattan Crowd and we shop in Westchester County

Avoid the Bronx unlesss you work there. It’s the poorest borough with the most crime.
