Tanker Can't Keep It In The Lane

Driving home from a DJ gig on I-83 south at exit 14. I come across this tanker that is traveling just below the speed limit and can't stay in their lane. Keeps going over the fog line. Looking out the rearview mirror, he almosts hits the guard rail after i pass him. Too tired to drive?
