Thanks! I'm currently working on the Mr. Deity book with the working title, "Mr. Deity's Diary," and the thing that I'm loving most is how incredibly intelligent this audience is. I never fear referencing some obscure event or anything like that because I know that my audience will either know the reference, or appreciate it after they've looked it up. I get so many nice emails thanking me for this or that reference and how it's added to their knowledge base. This audience is extremely bright!

I would have liked to see a clear look of disgust on Lucy's face on the "So you cut off the tip." line. The circumcision jokes come across as, making fun of the practice as merely silly, rather than evil... in fact, it would have been a good evil to include on the list of evils in the 1st episode.

Well, I gotta give it right back to you. If you value the show and enjoy it, I think you can endure a few seconds of me telling you that if you want it to continue, we need your help. If you can't, you can't. And if it bugs you so much, don't watch, or stop watching when the credits roll. We never put that stuff at the beginning, so you can completely avoid it. But I suspect you're afraid you might miss something good after. So you keep watching. Don't. Just stop at the credits. Problem solved.
There is a low frequency hum throughout the video. It is intended to sound like Mr. Deity lives aboard the starship Enterprise.

@jsn1295 No. As has always been the case, Mr. Deity is free on UA-cam (don't know that there's any other way to do that), and iTunes. When I speak about subscribing in the begging segments, its a financial subscription (as little as $.99 a month). Don't worry. B
No. The series lives. The website is in critical condition though. We had to induce a coma because we didn't have the funds to keep it on proper life support. We're hoping that will change soon.

Lucy has some of the best lines on the show. I wish (s)he could have a bigger role in the bible. I mean, talk about being rushed in at the final Act. I know (s)he had some cameo roles before then but, come on, you don't have your leading man do all the horrible stuff in the show and then tell us that this other guy(gal) is actually the villain when (s)he has killed like a thousanth of the people that your hero has killed.

I have a fairly decent subwoofer and while drinking coffee and listening to the video in the other room I was wondering what was wrong with me (think fight-or-flight reaction)... until I realized it was coming from the video! The sound effects sure induce a high level of discomfort and stress.
Still, I loved the video.

oh yea a mr. deity book would be awesome! would it have titles of the skit and have dialogues and names of who's talking? that would be awesome! all the cast could do a promo in book stores and do autographs..that would definitely sell. Also a mr. deity dvd or even a movie perhaps with a story line! You could have known guest like bill mahr, r. dawkins, sam harris, bennette, thunder foot, ray comfort and kirk cameron, news anchors, sports stars and celebrities. This would be funny!
