Thank you! I've had the older, apparently now discontinued model 2924, which has worked well for video with my A7iii, but didn't seem to work for still photos, so I just got the 3902 from Amazon since it has a dedicated setting for stills. Found your very helpful video after struggling with it for about 20 minutes (it has the same problem you described with the battery compartment), and now it's got the battery in, paired, and operational. I just have to remember to keep a tool handy for whenever it needs a new battery. Thanks again!
Yo, thanks bro. For sum reason I couldn’t figure it out. I had one before, think from neewer or something and all I had to do was turn it on and it was fine. Totally thought this was the same 🤯🔫 lol Much appreciated brobro.
Thanks for the video
Thanks for the video, I couldn’t get mine to connect to the camera but didn’t realise it had to be in lock mode to pair so now sorted.
Helpful video, thanks for making / sharing this!

My stil button broke and they offered to replace it too so I like their customer service!

Does this work with Panasonic cameras? Specifically Lumix S5iiX? Thanks in advance.
@@diptangshumandal I don’t think so. On the description it says Sony, cannon and Nikon.
@@Jonathan.Nguyen thank you for your reply.

Definitely will try when I can!
Is it possible to take continuous shots by holding down the button for a long time?
That I’m not sure. Think if you change the setting I don’t see why it wouldn’t but I never tested it
Do bluetooth drain a lot of battery in a camera?
I haven’t noticed a big difference in battery life but I only keep Bluetooth on when I’m using the remote other than that I turn it off
Thx for help! @@Jonathan.Nguyen
Have you ever tried this with a canon R5?
